I'm giving one star to all of Jackson Hewitt if they suggest we do our taxes to get our stimulus payment then I will not return to do my taxes there ever again. I will take my business elsewhere. Been doing my taxes for six years now with you guys.

We've been waiting here for an hour & 1/2 waiting on the person who is suppose to be working...they left a note saying they went to lunch & would be back in an hour..its been an hour & 1/2 We've been waiting.
