My wife had a flat at 35/Spur 28. She pulled over by the gas station and called JD’s Tire. Someone arrived on site within 15 minutes, took the tire, and returned with a tire and promptly put it back on. Service like this is very rare today, and I am grateful. The service man was kind and polite. I cannot say enough good things about this business establishment. Excellent service!

Ever want to feel like your in 3rd place and don't really matter. Come on by this place.
Where others are worked on before you and simple tire removals are a burden for the staff.
Tried this place 3 times to support small business. Each time was worse than the previous.

Customer service terrible. Short Hispanic guy was very rude and acted as if he didn’t want to be bothered. Was short and dismissive.
