I've done a transfer of my meds twice, and they keep refilling at the same place and notifying me to pick them up. I moved and there's a kroger about a mile from me. This kroger is about 10 miles away. I wish they'd get it straight. Maybe one day 🙏

How incredibly convenient and lucky that all pharmacy techs get to take off for lunch at the same time. Are they aware that 90% of employed people have to take their lunch breaks in shifts? Never seen this before in any career field. While I waited, multiple disabled and elderly individuals showed up for their prescriptions, saw the sign, and had to leave empty-handed.
I’d also like to note it’s very strange how every time I’ve ever been to this pharmacy they estimate at least an hour wait-time, and strongly encourage you to leave the store, yet if you insist on waiting in front of them, that hour + wait-time magically shrinks to 10 minutes.
Commented on this, and the pharmacy tech acted like I was speaking another language.

Patrick as well as the other Pharmacist are excellent Although Patrick will go out of his way to make sure his customers have their medication. The ladies that work there behind the counter are a awesome group who go above and beyond to help all those who come there for their prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy ever. We just recently moved and everytime we've had scripts filled, they are never filled. Even after multiple times in person they still won't be ready.

6 hrs and counting. Waiting on my prescription to be filled. It was sent at 8am, I called at 11 to check on it, they said it would be ready at 2. It is now 2:40 and they told me to give them an hr. I’ve never had this happen anywhere before. Not even other Kroger’s.

The female pharmacist fails to fill prescriptions written by Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, which has resulted in a delay in my patients getting their medications.

Pharmacy staff are very rude and inconsiderate. Patrick has treated me bad enough to where I will never use that pharmacy again. They have embarrassed me in front of other customers, and even called out a prescription of mine to me where others around could hear. That’s a violation on its own. Very disappointed.
