This store is very disappointing by Kroger standards. It's dirty, there's always birds flying around inside of it, if you report problems to management, their response is to make excuses instead of fix the problem. When I went in today to get sour cream I had to dig through the sour cream to find one that wasn't broken or already open. I set aside all the broken and open ones and went to report it to an employee so that they could take care of the problem, I got passed around from person to person and then finally when I went to a manager they were dismissive and made excuses instead of just saying "Okay, we'll take care of it. Thank you."
I won't be shopping here anymore.

I've shopped at Kroger since I was a child with my grandparents. My kids shop at Kroger now that they have grown up and moved away.

I ordered a cake from Angleton Kroger's Bakery, and picked it up 5/18/2024. It was decorated awfully!!
I was responsible for getting the church cake. I truly wish the lady in the bakery would have called me and stated, I can't decorate the cake!
She did offer me a discount, but I didn't know what I was going to do?
I went to Lake Jackson Tx Kroger's at 7:50am Sunday morning. The lady re-done the entire cake.
IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!
Angleton Kroger Store Manager* if you know you need a professional cake decorater, please get one!! These are our precious "milestones."

In this store is my pharmacy of choice! Also they stock their creamers neatly, so you don't have to dig through them to get what you want, and the skim milk is out there where you don't get confused and get the wrong kind of milk! And on top of that, this is the only place in Angleton where you can get the "Instant" Bustelo Espresso! And all their name brand ice cream is great!

The store was nice, clean, tidy & pretty well stocked. I had to take off a ⭐️ because when I asked a cashier a question, she treated me like I was bothering her. Then went to check out, different cashier, she was incredibly rude throughout the entire process! It's called Customer Engagement & Customer Service!

Kroger always has fresh Produce and a variety of food items I can't find in the stores where I live 1 County over. Good selections in Wine also.

In the past couple of years, this store overall has gone down in all area of service including product availability, customer service, and freshness of produce. There are never enough checkers available, employees are very unhappy and don't mind voicing that fact openly to customers. We have shopped this store since it opened, however, even though it is only a 3 to 4 minute drive from our house, we have decided to drive 15 minutes to the HEB in Lake Jackson. With the population growth happening currently in Angleton, I would think that upper management would want store experience to be far above the competition. They have completely missed the mark with this store. Just ask your employees...

Purchased a birthday cake for $14.99 and it was horrible! So called buttercream frosting was just crisco and powdered sugar! Cake was dry! Shame on you Kroger! Never again!

Great store with friendly staff. Manager is really good and remembers customers. He rewards staff with lunches and other positive incentives.
