  If I could give this place zero stars I would liar didn’t wanna help! Kept giving us a run around and demanded we start a whole new account he didn’t try after over the phone customer service told us to go to the store he didn’t wanna help told us Dv has a 2 hour wait. The store close 8 we came at 5:30 he didn’t budge at all close the store and him in it

  Horrible customer service! Wanted to Charge me $150 for a WiFi box when my account said I get the box for $11! Also told me “ That’s MetroPCS customer service price that’s not my price. I charge different.” He didn’t even ask for my number. He also refused to talk to customer service when they asked to speak to him. Horrible owner HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!!! I went to the CLUTE location and they were amazing! They notated what was on my account and I paid $11 they were calm and patient!
