I recently took my vehicle to Performance Transmissions for transmission work, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle in a way I could understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured into any decisions. Mr. Robert, the owner took the time to answer all my questions and he even offered suggestions. The ladies in the front office were extremely nice.
The mechanics really know their stuff – they worked efficiently, and the quality of their work was top-notch. My vehicle is running better than ever, and I could tell that they really care about getting things done right.
Overall, I highly recommend Performance Transmissions to anyone in need of auto repairs. It’s clear that their staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic shop, this is the place to go!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! They did not fix my man's truck, like they said they could! He had to get his truck towed because it was not even safe to drive off the lot! They are not experienced at all!!! Never will we go there again!!!

**July 2nd 2022 Update**- Blew a Transmission Coolant line. Thank goodness i was parked when this happened.Robert, Cindy & the Techs were extremely polite fast & very helpful with getting me back up & running!(Even w/ the 4th of July Holiday)Tranny did great until it blew that Coolant Line (not sure why those are not replaced with a Transmission Rebuild) & luckily I was parked at Bucees when i Noticed the smoke & killed it, so the Tranny is still good. Or the clutch packs.*Original Review*Performance has Certified Techs. I had initially thought my Sun Shield had snapped in 2002 Blazer ZR2 4x4 4L60E Transmission. I still hear a thumping noise coming from bellhousing area but who knows what that could be.They quoted me $650-$800 to replace. They pulled the Tranny & found a burnt 3-4 Clutch Pack & recommended that I get a full rebuild. $2100 Total Cost. They kept me informed, took about 2 weeks, they also called to get permission to replaced my Rear Main Seal on Engine & Output Shaft Seal for free. (Only charged a few $ for parts) I gave 4 stars because I had a couple of tranny leaks after the rebuild but they corrected the issues. She’s better than new. Great down & up shifts, also restored power. I’m sure this rebuilt Transmission will outlast my truck. Shifts better than a new 4L60E because of the improved parts they use.

DO NOT bring your truck here! This place is horrible and will mess up your truck even more! New motor was replace paid over $5000 and ended up having even more problems on the truck after I got it back! I definitely don’t recommend this place at all! Also just because you went to school does not mean you know what your doing!
