very unprofessional and wouldn't tell me if the phone i wanted to upgrade to was in stock. claimed it was for safety reasons but immediately told me to go to a different store. sounds like they are just too lazy to help customers. worst t-mobile service i've ever experienced. hopefully these employees are replaced soon.

Emily helped me at first and then she said someone else was going to help me and i got charged so much more than i was told, i paid the phones off as i was suppose to, then the activation fee was $35 for each line, and i ended up paying $266 only for the activation fees which supposedly was taxes and fees. I honestly think t mobile rips off people.

The guy at the store lied about all kinds of things when I got my bill. It was crazy high luckily when I called customer service. They were able to fix it.Would not go to this store

I have been with T-Mobile since 2015 but swapped to Mint Mobile thinking that the companies are on the same network, so it should be no bid deal. HUGE mistake! I came running back to T-Mobile 1 week later. Emily and Kodi were absolutely some of the kindest and most patient people I have come across in the service industry. They worked with me to get 4 phone lines and 2 internet services.Emily was extremely professional, even when dealing with an unwarranted angry client that was also there. She did not try to upsell me, but really helped me find plans that would work for my family that includes older parents who are not tech savvy.Kodi really listened and kindly took the time to set up my parents devices so that they would not get confused. This gesture really meant so much!Let's face it, it is not a quick or fun process. But Emily and Kodi really made me feel taken care of so that I could help take care of my parents' services. I will drive to this Angleton location over the other 2 that are closer to my home to be in their hands.

When I came in to add a line it took almost 2 hours and ended up costing significantly more than I was told.The store manager is so rude and unhelpful. This location will tell you anything then when any issues arise they only tell you to call.Three personal calls during one visit.

Very unhelpful, only interested in selling S22 or newer phones. No accessories or advise. All I wanted was a screen protector for a case i purchased form t mobile.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Angleton store. Josh and Kodi were knowledgeable, helpful and a lot of fun. They got me set up and answered all my questions. They even played one of my favorite songs on their awesome speaker for me. Thanks guys.

Overall, it was a good experience. I was helped quickly even though they were moderately busy. Tech was friendly. The only small hitch was a problem in the system that prevented me from turning in a phone for credit after buying one online. The details were not in their system, so I had to mail it myself. I have already had an email exchange with the district sales manager, so it was likely this was addressed.

Very amazing store customer was causing problems in the store and the manager was fast acting and asked the customer to leave the store kind and politely. And continued to assist me and got me a deal on a phone plan that saved me quite a bit of money... thank you Clinton

Tired of this store continuously sending everyone to other tmobile locations like what's the point of them being there? Might as well shut down like the one next to heb the employees attitude is just as bad if not worse. Train employees better or shut down tmobile!

My hubby stopped here this afternoon to upgrade both of our phones to Galaxy Z Fold4s. Three employees were there, as were some other customers, they were seemingly a little slow, end of the day, no biggie. However, their super bitter attitudes certainly changed our tune, particularly with this t-mobile branch. We had be Sprint customer (before the merger), this was our first experience in person with t-mobile. Not sure if we'll go elsewhere provider wise, but certainly won't be coming back to this branch. Oof.

This is a review on the cell service itself so this is not the locations fault. Ever since Sprint has been bought out by the mobile my service has become degraded. I don't understand why you didn't just incorporate the existing towers instead of shutting them down? Who thinks of these things? It's like shutting off good water supply so you can tap into a stream that hardly flows. Ridiculous. Better coverage? I think not. I have the internet box and that thing is so slow. I'm about to return it. Coverage here sucks! Sprint was awesome. I had good coverage. No issues with my bill and even got a credit for being a credit union member. Nothing with this company. No discounts. No credit. Just give me, give me, give me all your money. Sprint! Why did you sell out?
