Piss poor service. Even if you pay top dollar for them handle a fragile package they will find a way to destroy and damage the package. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and this place should be closed down for their lack of any type of professionalism

UPS is the absolute worst. The US passport agency in Houston overnighted me a passport on a Tuesday. UPS mis-routed it multiple times, and kept telling me it would arrive the same day or the following day — day after day until my international flight scheduled for Saturday. I spent many hours on the phone with customer service over the course of the week, sounding the alarm that I needed it for an international flight and time was running out. Basically I was lied to time and again by representatives — Ann, Terry, wish I had more of their names to be able to report — all of whom made false promises, didn’t honor callback promises, etc. Just an absolute joke. Will try to get the US passport agency to stop using them and switch to FedEx or USPS or DHL. Whatever you do, avoid UPS if you have anything important or urgent.

Hello UPS. Please, tell your delivery driver for Angleton TX to return my package to the Cambridge Apartments. Delivery instruction clearly stated that the package should be handed over to USPS for final delivery to me but your delivery driver refused to do so. He didn’t deliver the package yet he updated it as delivered on your portal. When I asked about my packaged, he lied that he probably delivered it to a wrong address. Who does that? Please, talk to him because I’m escalating as far as your HR.

Daniella, Oscar, Will and Ms. Terry don’t get the credit they deserve. I had some expensive and exclusive Jordans lost in the UPS system and they went above and beyond to help me get my shoes. I believe without their effort, I would’ve never recovered my package. I just want to say thank you so much to them. Working in customer service, people often forget what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter. I can tell they haven’t.

Update: WHAT A FREAKING SHOCK (heavy sarcasm) apparently the address has now conveniently been labeled as “Illegible”. Absolutely worthless as a delivery service. And to top it off, they make YOU as the customer pay for their incompetence by charging you a delivery change fee. Wonderful. UPS, you are absolutely worthless.0 out of ALL the stars.-Original:Tell me why the truck my package was on straight up parked IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE when the driver got off WITH my package, took 3 steps up my driveway and then turned right back around and got back into the truck, only to go on the rest of their route and promptly go park it at the customer center?Seriously? I was ready to meet the guy incase I need to sign for the package, but no…its still marked as out for delivery, so perhaps there is a chance it’ll be delivered on time (highly doubtful)…but I’m not holding my breath.Guess I’ll be paying the center a visit next week to attempt to pick up my package…Wonderful job UPS CC Angleton…get it together…

ZERO STARS!!! UPS is very incompetent. It is very frustrating to deal with them. After providing my address multiple times, they still managed to screw things up. They stated that they've attempted to deliver but that's a complete lie because I've been here on several occasions and I cancelled my appts so that I can receive my shipment but guess what? Nothing has arrived. Yet I received another message on my tracking stating that they will try again the next business day!!! Customer service stated that they will deliver up to 9:30 and they lied to me yet again. No one showed up. This company is a fraud

I wish I could give them ZERO stars! Horrible service and won't be able to attempt to pick up my package until they try to deliver it THREE TIMES!! They didnt even try to attempt to deliver it. Just left a note. Conviently, they are CLOSED on Saturday (and Sunday) when other locations are OPEN on Saturdays. At least they deliver packages on Saturdays. Absolutely horrible customer service and would not recommend them at all! Never using them again!

Please contact the carrier to update your address information.Angleton, TX USAlthough they were able to deliver many other packages:Shipped with UPSTracking ID: 1Z4896V90323878568Friday, January 135:49 PMPackage delivered.Angleton, TX USThese are just a couple examples, Umy only options according to their customers service are either have delivered to another address, pick up at A UPS LOCATION (1.5 HOUR ROUND TRIP) they were already paid to deliver these items, will I be compensated for this inconvenience, (he*% no) they need to hire competent drivers I need my parts so I guess I'll have to make that trip, SAD SORRY PEOPLE

Terrible customer service. Was supposed to have a package delivered earlier in the week and it never came. I took off work to stay home to make sure I could get it and there was never even a UPS truck down my road. So I don't understand how it says delivered. No wonder this location has terrible reviews

Last year I had several packages Delivered to random houses when I do the tracking it said delivered And when I call they tell me that the package was left in front of my garage which is funny because I don't have a garage I know the correct address was on the boxes because I was fortunate enough to have 3 of them brought to me with the label still on the Box showing my address So I called the Angleton distribution center And had a conversation with a really nice lady She told me it would be looked into and corrected ..... Now I have a package that was supposed to be delivered January 26th 2023 left in front of my garage once again I don't have my package I left a message for the supervisor Of the Angleton location to call me back Still waiting on the return phone call This package is important because it cannot be replaced A couple of the items We have been waiting for because they were on back order So the vendor cannot replace the items For several more months If this year is like last year I'm just gonna call the Better Business Bureau

Very upset with then delivering to wrong house when we have address clearly posted in large numbers and can’t talk to anyone on the telephone when called hate trying to get to a person through a difficult automated services process. VERY DISAPPOINTED in service
