The facility is clean, well-kept, and provides ample parking. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, especially noting a positive experience with Janell, who efficiently assisted with a passport application and made the process quick and easy. The post office also offers walk-in passport services, which are convenient for travelers. However, there are some concerns about a staff member named Lionel, who was described as lazy and unhelpful when searching for packages, with customers feeling that he needs to improve his attitude and work ethic.
