Worst customer service ever. All they do is put you on hold trying to get you to hang up. They are all lazy. To lazy to make phone calls to approve a medication for a terminally ill person. This place is just garbage.

New to the area and chose this Walgreens because it was close and I prefer to use Walgreens. I had 3 prescriptions called in and the order was ready within 30 minutes. Staff was courteous and professional. I will use this pharmacy for future prescriptions.

I've been coming to get my prescriptions here at this pharmacy for several years and never had any bad experiences with their services and today was no exception.One of my prescriptions went up in price by hundreds of dollars, so of course I was worried that I wasnt going to have enough money to get my medicine. One of the staff members helped me get online and find a way to save a lot of money on my prescription. It really meant a lot to me that they took the time to find a way to help me save money and it worked. Thank you

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Julie the pharmacist and her staff! What a great group of caring individuals. They went WAY beyond the call of duty and saved me $1K by insisting on going through my insurance regarding a vaccine that I needed after I told them repeatedly that it wasn't covered. Apparently July knows a lot more about insurance than I do. You just do not get customer service like this anymore and I left there with such gratitude in my heart. THANK YOU Julie and staff!

I am very disappointed in this Walgreens! Especially the mid 20 twenties/ early thirties dark haired spanish lady that works in the pharmacy . Every time my mom comes to pick up her medicine that same lady is extremely rude and likes to lie to patients about their medication. Walgreens you need to train your staff better especially that main problem employee. If you are not happy dealing with customers then stay home .*Angleton Tx Walgreens/Pharmacy*

I pulled into the drive thru with 5 cars ahead of me. An hour and 12 minutes later I drove off. They have a second line BUT ITS BEEN CLOSED FOR OVER 4 YEARS. Why is Walgreens time more important that mine? You shut down the second station, saving one less employees wages, taking our jobs and totally shaft thr public . SMDH.

I went in, last minute trying to print my daughters graduation invitation, mind you I am not very computer savvy, but had it not been for Ms. Bobbi's help in the photo department, I don't know what I would have done. She was so patient, helpful and did it all with a smile. Thank you so much for all your help!

This pharmacy is the worst. The wait times are always ridiculous and staff is usually rude. I’ve only had one decent experience in the 5 years I’ve lived here. Don’t waste your time at this place, you’re better off driving to Lake Jackson for you medications.

Thank God for a drive thru pharmacy. Good luck getting anything done when you use it though. The pharmacist greeted me at the window and I told her I have an antibiotic prescription and she said "honestly you should go somewhere else. Like cvs" what pharmacist says that?

The worst service I ever had trying to fill a prescription! Walgreens Angleton Texas I have been paying $10.00 monthly for my prescription and today they charged me 176.24 and pretended to call my insurance-I called them twice from parking lot to find out what was going on and they said Walgreens's was not processing the transaction correctly and said for them to call-the person waiting on me was more concerned about her break! No one tried to help -they robbed me of a 166.24 and I WILL NEVER GIVE WALGREENS ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY-NEVER

When you are sick and feel horrible, you want your meds in a timely manner so you can feel better. My doctor called in my prescriptions this morning and now it's nearly 3 pm and y'all still can't seem to count pills and put them in a bottle? And then I can't even get a human on the phone. I have to talk to an idiotic robot. Sick from people do not want to sit on the phone answering questions for a robot only to be told your prescription still isn't ready. And then they left me on hold for 30 minutes to speak to a customer service rep and then hung up! How long does it take to fill a prescription? Do they hire these people from the DMV? I'm done with Walgreens forever after this. I'll use my local pharmacy where they give a damn and a real person picks up the phone. Y'all suck monkey balls.
