Called in to inquire about a new account and to ask if i had any outstanding balances with them from the past. Banker tells me she cant check that for me. When i ask her why she very rudely responded that it wasnt a secure line. I let her know i wasnt interested anymore based on her attitude. Karen much?

new to the area had wells fargo bank 14 years third trip to this bank goes like this debit card canceled due to fraud. third time to send debit not stupid enough to just download app to use phone. which I feel wells fargo or the DS IS trying to do. I need to take money out I need two forms of ID if card was sent I wouldn't need to get cash out. the blonde female was on a powerctrip I assume stated my driver's license didn't match my card I had to come inside. she even stated ots obvious your aware of it. wow someone needs some customer service skills. so now I come into bank to meet a male female banker that started stating the law. stated I wasn't getting any money out of his bank cause I csny follow the law. went onto asking about my personal business of why my name different I was Teo different people. I was not aware of that he began to ridicule me and allowed the other two females to do the same. after I jumped on board and give the same respect I was given he told me to leave. hey if you can't handle it don't dish it out. shame on you wells fargo allowing your customers to be treated like this. beware of Chad and his team they are definitely DS trained and might wanna choose another branch to do your banking I'm sure this location will be shit down or at least until they get some real humans hired with a personality and customer service skills.

Went to Make a deposit at 2:30 PM on a Tuesday and the drive-thu was closed. No reason was given . How can ya make a deposit if the bank is closed and the last time i tried to go into the bank you had to have an appt to do so.

Close time at 5pm on Tuesday but no banker available at 4.20pm?!?!?!?! Not a single banker?!?! Last apt was 3.30pm.should have post the time of banker work by the door so people doesn’t have to wait still the teller clean the line then tell u “u have to talk to banker but last apt at 3.30”??!?!

I was having a major major problem with my account and she helped me in a matter of minutes took care of everything for me no more worries and the problem was fixed She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going on
