6/20/25 i went to visit this location today while on my vacation and the store is not quite bad. i came in and the gentleman working was really nice and cool and they also manage to sell Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl and my Favorite Mountain Dew Pitch Black!! i manage to get some and pick up some minor stuff as well to go on my day. Fountain Machine works and clean and soda taste good! i recommend coming to this store and give it a visit n try :). 5 Star Rating and A+++ Rating!

What can I say. Pumps routinely out of order? Check. Restrooms dirtier than a highway rest stop 300 miles from civilization? Big check. (That's when they are actually working, and not out of order, which lately seems to be always).

Oh boy the bathrooms. I've come here almost every other day and I think it's been over a week since bathrooms have been cleaned. The red algae growing in the bowl and the lack of soap is a big indication of this fact.

I don't know what's up with this customer service here but I come in yesterday to get them to load money on my card and they can't do it because the manager is not here. So I come in today and the managers here but he says it's not working but I think he just didn't want to stop but he was doing to come and help me. Poor customer service

The bathroom is disgusting. No toilet paper. And when I asked the guy if they clean the bathrooms he replied with "SO WHAT?"I couldn't believe how disgusting this place is.

The worst. Restroom is nasty. Sinks are supposed to be white, but you can run your finger across the black film and see how dirty it is. Toilet hasn’t been scrubbed probably since the place opened. Soda machine was out of, Pepsi, Dr Pepper and Coke. Can’t buy lottery tickets at 9pm, “because it’s the bosses policy” even though I know the machines don’t stop until closer to midnight. Two guys up front today made it the worst, with their attitudes.

Absolutely worst 7 eleven I have been to. Night shift worker says absolutely nothing to me, when leaving I said have a great night and he stares and smirks at me. Store is filthy, slurpee machines never working, stock in store never replenished, manager during day walking around cursing under his breath, trash all over parking lot, three cashiers other day eating behind register, bought a case of beer for themselves carried it out to their car, cashiers always on phone.

The WORST gas station in Anna. Way more expensive than the others. Barely half the pumps work. Bathrooms barely work.
