This was my third time at this store and I must say I've been blown away with the friendliness of every employee I have had so far. Today the manager, I believe his name was Joe, helped me as far as he could. Unfortunately what I needed help with was something I had to call customer service about. (AT&T has trash for phone customer service, but that has nothing to do with this location.)Overall friendly, neat. Attentive and efficient.

Tyrell was so nice and helpful. He helped my daughter get a phone and he had patience with her. This was her first transaction as an "adult" and he helped her with everything. Great customer service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. They were very helpful to upgrade our lines and get a new line, I guess that's the only thing they get commission for but messed up our lines. We went back again the fllowing day and they couldnt figure out what the problem was. A few days later with one of the phone still NOT working, without even trying told us to go to a corporate store to help us solve the problem because it was going to be about two hours for them to be on the phone with customer service. But before we left they made sure to ask if we wanted internet too, because for that, they did have time.We did NOT need a coporate store to fix the problem they just did not want to make the effort to help fix the problem created at their store.The mckinney store in fact was on the phone for over two hours with customer service to let us know that whatever it was done with our plan required to open a case and it could take for over a week with no service.

Alexis was the most knowledgeable and best rep I have ever experienced with being a client for 20+ years.No wait - very personal service and product selection was ideal. My phone model is unique and she immediately knew what options were available and advised me of options.

My phone was a 6 and ? Years old! I did not want to give it up. My whole life was in that phone. Josh was my representative and he made the whole process perfectly painless! Reduced my bill, transferred my info and I walked out with my phone in a shiny new home! Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure how to spell his name, but Emad was absolutely wonderful. I had no wait at all when I went in at 7:30pm and the next day at 12:30pm. He provided the best customer service I've ever had at a cell phone service store. He was extremely friendly and attentive and went above and beyond not only to help me with my phone problem but also to make my 2 toddlers feel comfortable. He and the other employees were so wonderful with my kids - I also have a newborn and so their understanding and help blessed me so much. I would go back to this specific store just to get help from Emad. He was fantastic.

I have had a great experience every time I have been in the Anna store upgrading my entire family's phones to iPhone 14. Ben has handled it with flying colors and kept me at ease each time a new one shows up and I have to go in and trade in my old phones. He got us the best deal on our family plan and also the best deals on our new phones. Still have 1 phone left to do out 5 but I know it will be a slam dunk. Thank you again Ben and AT&T Anna!

needed to transfer my PAID OFF phone over to ATT from Verizon. after doing so, I noticed I could not receive incoming calls and texts from numbers not in my contacts. went up there everything on my phone was fine they told me to contact apple. contacted apple and after A MONTH of calls, 4 screen shares to make sure my setting were correct and 3 senior tech analyst, two factory resets, an Apple Store, an Apple authorized 3rd party diagnostic run, everything was fine. thought okay I'll just order a new phone. ordered it, received it (this ATT store ordered the wrong one) but whatever I don't care I just need a working phone. kids school were not able to contact me, i work from home and this is my work phone so clients COULD NOT get ahold of me. set up my new phone, issue still happening. LIVID at this point. I call ATT costumer service and they say to contact apple again. I contact apple and they determine it's an issue with ATT, so they 3 way in an ATT agent and after hearing them go back an fourth about who's fault it is, ATT determined the issue was that my phone was not fully transferred over from Verizon. Well unfortunately Ben was the one who did the transfer. He was click happy even after his supervisor told him to slow down. Messed up my phone service and now I have TWO phone bills one from verizon and one from ATT. All because he was click happy and did not complete the transfer of service. When going there, avoid the red head kid Ben. wait. wait for Alan the supervisor. he seems to be the only person there that knows remoting what they are doing.

Went to upgrade our phones. Vanessa Donias helped us and did an outstanding job answering our questions and we walked out with our new iPhone 14s. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Vanessa and the Anna TX store to everyone.
