The staff were so kind and professional and they went above and beyond to ensure that they identified the issue and fixed it in a very short and timely manner. This is not an auto shop that will take advantage of a person who is knows nothing about cars, they focus on minimizing cost and ensuring that the customer is happy. I am super thankful that on the day l was exhausted from working night shift, they were so kind and dropped my car to my house. I would highly recommend for anyone to take their vehicle to the shop. “I would say their business as a company is exemplary. The specialty technician Devin that worked on my automobile did the best he could do with what I gave him. The manager was awesome and nice to communicate with. The only draw back I would say they need to work on is the phone system in place. Every time I called, only Zack from accessories would answer. Even when I left messages I got no reply. It was only when I actually bothered the manager through his personal cell phone that I got a reply. I’m sorry about that. All in all, I have no hood shake anymore and I feel happier and safer driving over 120 mph. Thanks for being the only company out of 47 I called in the metroplex to tackle this job.”

“I purchased a used vehicle from ElDorado on 7/12/24, from out of state. Found the vehicle online, made one phone call, made the rest of my deal via text message. They're a volume dealer. Let's move the metal, make a deal and move on to the next customer. They didn't try to sell me extras or play games with me. I haggled a little bit, we came to an agreement (via text!), they sent me a breakdown of add-on costs (via text! no nitrogen!). THEN after the price was negotiated, they offered to ship the vehicle to me FOR FREE. I picked it up in person anyway; everyone I dealt with was pleasant.”

“The folks at P&D are great! My truck took hail damage to the hood, roof, and down both sides, even tearing up the bed cover. The results of their work is beautiful, you’d think I kept it safe in a garage. I can’t recommend them enough. They even got the exact replacement trifold bed cover when insurance was only going to cover for an OEM roll up. Five Stars for sure.”
