Brookshire's is a full-service supermarket focused on excellent customer service. Customers find the staff to be amazing, friendly, outgoing, helpful, awesome, mannerable, and polite, often noting they are welcomed with a smile. The store is described as a down-home corner grocery with a very competitive offering. While the interior may not look like much, the quality of food and store appeal is considered better than many competitors, with better selections and overall quality. The bakery receives particular praise for being helpful and providing fresh cakes that are crowd-pleasers and fairly priced. The store offers quality meats hand-cut in store daily, fresh produce, and a full-service deli. Customers generally always find what they need and feel the store is worth stopping by to try.

Tracy in the deli/cooked foods section is a real one. Has has always treated me well and sold me to come back for the $5 deals when I can, especially the catfish and gouda mac with brisket. I just moved to Anna and its nice to have a go to food spot with nice people. Thanks Tracy!

This place is on the expensive side but has great sales usually. But by far has the most courteous and helpful employees around!
