Intrepid CrossFit is a great gym described as amazing, spacious, and top-notch with all the equipment you could need. It features knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, patient, and interactive coaches. The culture is welcoming and inviting, making members and visitors feel like part of the family. In addition to regular CrossFit training, the gym offers fitness challenges, like a healthy steps nutrition challenge, and 1:1 coaching to help reach individual goals. It is a great place to workout, suitable for starting a CrossFit journey or for dropping in while visiting the area. Many consider it a favorite and a home away from home, highly recommending it to others.

Great people! Great gym! This was my home away from home while I was in town. Everyone was inviting, encouraging and made me feel like I was apart of the family. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in McKinney. Thanks Intrepid!
