if you are looking for a pharmacy that gives amazing service, please don’t hesitate to use the CVS pharmacy in McKinney that's in Target. they will have your prescription ready in less than 15 minutes or let’s see how the Walgreens pharmacy will be when they open up across the street from the Anna CVS pharmacy because this location is awful and they know it.

Waited in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes. I got to the window at 5:50 and the girl said they were closed and sorry. I drove around the store and they helped the 2 people behind me. Will never have a prescription sent here again.

The pharmacy and store staff are always helpful and kind. I needed a flu vaccine in a time crunch and the pharmacy was able to accommodate me.

I pulled up to the pharmacy line behind one vehicle at 7:54. The car before me left a couple minutes after I had pulled up. I was at the window and they closed the gate while looking at me. I was the only car around…. well before closing time. I do understand boundaries, but it was NOT 8 pm. I have held my feedback inside to have grace with the folks working at this pharmacy. But, the incident tonight was the last straw. I do hope the pharmacy manager has read all of the feedback on google and will make changes. The process is terrible and unorganized at CVS pharmacy Anna. On one of my generics, the manufacturer changes with every refill which changes the action of the medication. (I am retired from the medical field, so yes, this IS a thing with generics and their “fillers”. My encouragement is to simply be consistent, be courteous to all of us who pay for items at your pharmacy/ store, and have integrity. Oh, and I gave the extra star because the people are kind and helpful almost all of the time. Otherwise, 1 star is a true depiction of what I believe about the functionality, organization, and consistency of this pharmacy.****On a side note, I do believe as Anna grows and more pharmacies are available to us, this pharmacy will either get their act together or lose many customers.

Honestly the most unorganized, lying batch of people I've ever met. First they "won't have my medication in stock and they will call around for me". They don't. The next day they magically have it in stock when I called for an update... but weren't suppose to for another 4 days with their shipment. But okay yay, right? But it won't be ready till 6:30 even though yall said 3:45 and I NEEDED this 3 days ago. So go to pick it up. They won't give me my other medication, either and placed it on hold. After saying they didnt even have it in their system. Lied about my goodrx code and said I needed to use their cash discount instead. I'm astonished that this is my first encounter and every instance was just so baffling bad and unhelpful.

Horrible pharmacy services. Order submitted day prior to my discharge from the hospital. Went to pick it up and they said give us 45 minutes——turned into 3 hours. The lady originally handled my prescriptions was nice enough to go get the OTC meds and when I asked if she needed my insurance card she clearly said no it’s in the system. Hadn’t received a text/card in 2 hours so I called and of course no answer. I called in the physicians line and some answered and I explained what had happened and he said hold on let me check your insurance………pathetic service

More times than I can remember CVS does not always fill orders that you have ordered online. I pick up the prescriptions to realize that not all of my medicine is there. We do not live close. Walgreen is much closer to us so it may be time to switch. Then it takes forever for them to answer the phone. I usually make my orders online but there are time you need to speak to the pharmacist. I just hung up after holding 30 minutes. Service is becoming terrible.

Kirsten is always extremely welcoming and helpful when I visit the location. She is always checking on me to make sure I'm not having any issues, and if I do, they are always fixed quickly. She is a significant part as to why I choose to go get vitamins and such at CVS over the Walmart next door. I never have to hunt her down to get help about a product or to ask questions.

Over and over again, I go through the same trouble getting medicine, the automated will say one thing, I call and wait 15+ minutes to be told something different. "The shipment hasn't come in yet, it supposed to come in but it hasnt" They never have it "in stock" and I can't put it on auto refill. We always have to hunt a different cvs to see of they have any on hand or miss doses until it comes. Once in a while I get a guy that tries to help and maybe give a few pills for a few days that they may have but other times I get someone that just blames the shipment and never offer any other help. The system can’t be that messed up that No one knows how to better navigate it. This can't be standard operating procedures!

I spent 10 minutes on hold yesterday, and more than 20 minutes today. On Sunday, went to pick up meds and was told "the pharmacist didn't show up", they didn't know when the pharmacy would be open, so that was 2 trips

.Slow and complicated is best how to describe their pharmacy. I literally repeated the same question like 3 times, answer the question directly, so annoying. Then they start doing something, never explained what and that it was going to take over 30 minutes of my time. Inconsiderate, they are at work not meListen is a HUGE part of communication skills.

The store is always clean and cool, large selection of everything. The pharmacy, while extremely busy is getting much better with their organization and logistics. The best bet is go inside to pickup your prescription of you can.

Prescriber ordered paxlovid for pickup. I pick it up, go home and only to realize that the medication is expired. I come back to the pharmacy and let them know so they can change it. They say they cannot and that the manufacturer states that it is good for 6 months after expiration date so I should either leave the medication with them or take it as prescribed. I asked for a difference medication and they told me they are unable to give me a different one. Basic human decency and courtesy will tell you that if you were the one prescribed an expired medication you wouldn’t take it. Why should I take it? This is why you get sued!!!! You can do better. CVS Anna be better!!!!

I always spend at *least* 15 minutes on hold regardless of time of day. I just called and as soon as they answered they hung up on me, no hello nothing. Called back, spent another 17 minutes on hold, told them I need to fill a prescription they said hang on the hung up on me again. My fiance called on his phone thinking it was a technology issue and they did the same thing to him. I wish I could say this is unusual treatment by this particular location but it's not. Go elsewhere.

Bill from the pharmacy was very rude. Obviously he was having a bad day but did not need to take out his anger on me. He cussed under his breath which I was able to hear clearly. I asked him if I was a bother to him calling in and he told me yes because he had a line full of customers! I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. So I asked to speak with someone else. The other lady was very nice and understanding and very helpful. Think her name was Kayle? She said she was just an employee but would do her best to help me which she did. But Bill needed to go home since he was having a bad day or he doesn’t like to work. Avoid talking to Bill or he will cuss under his breath or mumble it.
