When you call and tell them it's an can't use your dog can't use her back leg they say sorry we don't have any appointments available until next week. They obviously don't care about animals just money

The Personnel at this Animal clinic went above and beyond for me. 30 mile radius of my home. I had to have a brucellosis test done on my dog, and I couldn't wait an additional day. I called them shortly before 10am without an appointment, explained the urgency and they told me to come right away. Upon arrival I was checked in and about 10 minutes later the procedure began. Not only was the entire staff very professional, but the icing on the cake was how reasonable they were. I highly recommend Cold Springs Animal Hospital, and job well done. Thanks!

Was super displeased with the service offered here... and I wasnt even in for my pet. I initially had called this AM pretty early and had spoken to a sweet woman, (I forget her name :(,) who had told me to come into the clinic to complete a paper application & we would go from there. Fast forward a couple hours, I come in, it's busy so I wait patiently and from the getgo of entering the clinic the receptionist is rude. She was talking with a nasty tone, being dismissive, and did not even greet me upon entering the building, which as a potential employee, was super disappointing. After, she was giving me extreme attitude over the paper application saying I HAD to do it online to which I politely responded with that I had called prior to coming in and was told to come fill out a paper application... to which she rolled her eyes and said i'll get somebody who can help you when i can. Waited for all 8 clients to get checked out, then it was me and one other lady who had already been checked in, looked at me numerous times- She never helped mw nor got me an application so i left.

Take my aging beagles to Cold Springs for vaccines, nails \\u0026 whatever ails them. Dr Fazzino had always been helpful \\u0026 caring.

Dr. Walker was absolutely wonderful! First time there and I was impressed! He was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable to my horses needs. I will most definitely be back! Such a great overall experience. I've met with a lot of vets over the years having as many animals (and unfortunately issues with the animals ) as I do and he is top notch! So thankful to have found cold springs.

Took our horse there and took very good care of him, x-ray and ultra sound available on site. I have found our horse vet it is worth driving from Princeton

I have to say I love Cold Springs Animal Hospital. My sweet Scarlett is a Wired Hair Fox Terrier. For anyone who knows a Terrier Breed. Being still is not normal. She acted like she had been bitten by a snake. Without an appointment or phone call. They took care of her as if’s she was family. Thank goodness for our sweet hearted Veterinarian David Fazzino. I love all of the staff.

I have been bringing my animals here for 11 years. I buy my food, heart worm, flea and tick here. They messed up my dogs appts today and were very cavalier about it. I called a week ago for the appt. I am leaving town and cannot Board now. They told me to call other vets to see if I could have them service my dogs today. Will find a new a vet

All the staff at Cold Springs Animal Hospital are friendly and nice. Dr. David Fazzino is amazing the way he cares for my pets with love and understanding. I recently had to put a pet down an Dr. Fazzino and the tech made that experience a gentle loving experience. I recommend them to everyone we know. we live 90 minutes from them and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Best animal hospital and they give them so much love as if they were their own pets.

1. Customer service from the front office seems a bit cold and not very welcoming today. The older lady with short hair and pink sweater was not friendly. No greetings or manners. Technicians were great though! If I were to return, I would definitely come back for this reason. They were gentle with my dog, and made sure we are happy. Upon leaving, I needed to check out, the same lady saw me standing there waiting, but did not say anything besides sipping on her tea/coffee and sitting down at her computer. The other lady however walked to the front and asked if I needed help or needed to check out. Here is me expressing the importance of the front office, you're the main reason why people should want to come back. Greetings, manners, and stellar customer service is what you should have. If not, do not work at the front desk.

So Happy I’ve returned to Cold Springs for my pups. Dr Walker is very knowledgeable about Aussies and their sensitivity. It is a big relief. Not to mention the Staff are all very friendly. Thank You Cold Springs for taking care of Manuk.
