This facility is listed as a Uhual truck and trailer location and offers after hours pick-up/drop off. We waste our time driving to the business to find that the truck reserved has flat tires and it parked so close to the building only a child or skinny bad a rail person could get into the driver's side. Then to add insult to injury the lock boxes for the keys sits in inches of water. Lastly, we go to access the keys for the truck and all lock boxes are open with no keys! I tried to call the 24-7 number twice with no answer. This is completely unacceptable as now I have to drive 40 miles out of my way to get another truck plus waste money on the mileage for it.

Rates are better than most, but storage area is shared with tractor trailer parking as well. With the weight of the larger vehicles that go through there and the use of gravel at the facility, it causes a lot of deep ruts as well as standing water every time it rains. Rain also runs into enclosed units so you'll want to make sure your stuff stored on the ground is waterproof. The facility is in the middle of open land and new housing developments so you might also see rat droppings in your unit and shredded belongings if not properly protected.
