Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn’t help at all when asked and completely ignored us.
Went across the street to autozone and the man there helped with everything. We will never return to O’rielys in Anna after today.

Very grumpy employee inside. Longbeard is always pissed Everytime a customer walks in. I'm sorry a customer came in to disrupt your peace and tranquility, but this is how the business works. It profits by selling to customers. So you're gonna have to deal with customers during your shift. Sorry, life sucks, it's hard to be an adult.
