Several employees were just standing around "acting" busy, yet refused to acknowledge customers' presence. Had to request to have order taken inside and then was ignored when I asked a question about freshness. Called manager but doubtful anything will be truly accomplished.

They removed the in-person ordering through the drive-thru. You have to order through a prompter screen which is a pain. Went there and they gave us half full containers of food, additionally the window person got visibly upset when we asked for chopsticks...

Rude employees. Arrived at 9:30 and the doors were all locked, all the employees were looking and making hand gestures to go away. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve heard/ experiences rude employees here.

The BOT ordering is an epic failure. Can’t get orders right and won’t let you order a regular ice tea. Connecting to a team member is impossible when ordering. Can’t call them either as no one is “available”. Saving labor is costing them another regular customer. Sad, I’m diabetic and they have some low carb options that I can’t order.

I’ve been to many different Panda Express locations, this one has the worst foods. Chowmein is very dry and has no flavor, also beef and broccoli is very basic dish but they failed to make it right. I’ll still give it another try, hopefully it is just one of those off days!

The customer service of this place is absolutely awful. My daughter got a kids meal coupon LAST WEEK for being student of the month. Brought my whole family so she could use her coupon. They said it was expired and wouldn't honor it. Seriously?! They would rather me walk out and waste all our food order than just honor the dang coupon. So unprofessional and rude!

It's disheartening to anticipate a particular dish, only to be told that it's unavailable yet again. This consistent unavailability of menu items significantly affects the overall dining experience.The recurring problem of items being out of stock at Panda Express has made visits frustrating. It's disheartening to be excited about a certain dish, only to face disappointment time and again due to its unavailability. This inconsistency takes away from the enjoyment of the meal and leaves customers feeling dissatisfied.Moreover, the impact of the missing items on the menu alters the entire meal's composition. It's challenging to create a balanced or desired meal when core components are frequently missing. This disrupts the taste and quality of the meal, resulting in an underwhelming dining experience.While the flavors and quality of the available items at Panda Express are generally decent, the disappointment of frequently missing out on favorite dishes overshadows these positives. Consistency in offering menu items is crucial for customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, this is an area where Panda Express seems to fall short.
