Very rood employee name Levi young man was busy in talking to someone wan not on counter when I ask him for receipt he was not paying attention to Costumer he screamed at me when he didn’t understand my company name .. I don’t know why FJ have uneducated employee specifically like Levi .. he is totally insult broun costumer

They need to hire someone to enforce Prime Parking. I'm tired of putting my faith in Pilot and the rest of humanity only to arrive, and someone's freeloading in my already paid for spot.

The manager on duty on Sunday 7-20-25 has a major attitude problem. Signs all over about no dropped trailers and when asked why half the parking is taken up with dropped trailers he claims he has no control over the parking. Asked about getting a Handicap reserved parking spot for tonight and he said he can’t do that. Has to be done through corporate. That’s nice and all but corporate is closed on Sunday. Store was filthy, no coffee was made. Pizza looked like it’s been sitting since yesterday. Will definitely NOT come back to this location. The manager was just standing at the end of the counter bragging to the landscaping guy that “I haven’t done anything all day “. Someone needs to retrain him and remind him without customers he’s out of a job.

This is very unexpected and unprofessional she claims she is the manager and she refuses to tell me whats her name is we reserved parking in the morning and got here at night all the asking are full we paid for the parking and she is saying because of my race she can't move the otherwise who parked at my parking and she says if you parked i would move you but not others this is a racial profiled and won't do anything to help us this is very rude and not right to treat customers she also didn't refund our money instead she called the police on us we will take this to the corporate .

We reserved parking ahead of time and got there around 9 pm and lady in store started acting lazy and being racist and refusing to move the pepole who parked in our spots after two hours asking them give us our parking or refund she called a police on us

I had a really disappointing experience at this truck stop. The manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in needing basic help, and instead of receiving respectful service, I was met with attitude and dismissiveness for no reason. I’ve been to many truck stops, and this was by far one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve had. Management should be setting the tone for the rest of the staff — not making customers feel disrespected and unwelcome. I won’t be returning.

I reserved a parking spot at this truck stop, but when I arrived, there were no available spaces. I spoke with the overnight manager, who directed me to park in the back. I went to check—there were no open spots there either.
I returned to inform her, but instead of helping, she completely ignored me and went to clean the showers. I waited around 15 minutes for her to return, and when I explained again that there was still no parking, her response was, “I don’t care, I see one in the back.” I pointed out that she hadn’t even gone to check—she had just gone to clean. She continued to dismiss me and was extremely rude throughout the interaction.
As a result, I had no choice but to park on the shoulder for the night, since I had already run out of hours. This situation was unacceptable and unprofessional. When a driver pays for a reserved spot, they expect it to be honored—and they certainly deserve basic respect and assistance.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to staff to ensure no one else ends up in this unsafe and frustrating situation

It's the first Flying J I've seen that is disorganized. Modern fuel pumps are better than other Flying Js, and they're broken, with no maintenance and only two pumps open. Terrible truck stop.

I'm curious on why yall got so many reserve spots yet no handicap. Make that make sense. Can yall send a plumber for the men restroom to put another wax ring on so it can stop leaking l. Silicone on the floor is just putting a band aide on it

Decent truck stop . Get full quickly ( free parking by 15h) . People inside are great . Only 4-5 pumps.

Billy who was the technician that repaired my semi truck tire was fast, honest and professional! Outstanding customer service was in and out in no time highly recommended this location! Thanks guys!!!! God bless y’all

I’m always surprised when semi truck windshield washing supplies are absent, such as paper towels at the pumps. Minus one star. Women’s restroom was filthy. Minus one star. At least the diesel pump and DEF worked adequately.
