Amanda is my banker super awesome, she’s been the very best banker I’ve ever had.As far as the rest of the staff I know mostly the tellers they’re truly awesome too. Everyone I’ve ever spoke with or dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. Can’t recommend this bank enough.

A great bank for scammers. One of their customers scammed me. I emailed Texas Bank about this, but unfortunately, they never bothered to respond.Niek

Lisa, the lady at the drive through window is extremely rude and not personable. I pulled up and said “hello” with no response. I then said “okay maybe not hello” and still no response. At that point I just put my cash and check in the bin and said nothing. There was no communication at all. I’m surprised she even knew what I was intending to do with the check or cash because she didn’t care to ask. She then put the receipt in the bin and sent it back out without any communication again. My other banks always welcome me with a smile and always tell me to have a great day or some form of communication. This is about the third time this has happened with her and I feel very awkward even coming to this bank because of the rudeness and burden I feel. I will be limiting trips and hopefully will switch banks soonest. I would highly encourage whoever is running this bank to get another personable person to run this side of the bank.

Very easy to set up an account, very helpful with my mobile deposits when I’m working out of state and being paid with paper checks. Always very helpful!

Went in to open a business account for a new llc. Wife called the week before and told them what day we were coming in and asked if we need to make an appointment. Person on the phone says no, you can come in any weekday 9-4 and someone will be here to help you. We arrive shortly after 9 and are told by a teller that there's no one there that can help us open a new account. But we can drive to Van Alstyne and they can help us there. We asked if the branch Manger could help us and she said he doesn't know how to do it. Shouldn't the branch Manger be able to help in every aspect of the bank?
