This is the 2nd time I've come to this location. Each time I received the worst customer service from the young man at the counter with the dark curly hair and glasses. I thought the first time was a fluke but alas here we are again. He has a know it all spirit, a don't care attitude. I will never be back to this location for my business or personal shipments. And I will spread this negative review to anyone who will listen and on my social media platforms because I'm petty and I have time. I'll drive miles out of the way for good customer service. Do better!

We’ve had a mailbox at this UPS store for a while now, and the team here has always been amazing! They’re always so friendly and go out of their way to accommodate us, no matter what we need. The staff is quick, helpful, and always greet us with a smile. Highly recommend this location for top-notch service!

Update from previous post: Cheryl reached out to me and tried to fix it by giving me my money back so I’m updating from 1 start to 3 stars. I can’t give a four or five star rating because I not only wasted time with this issue but money beyond just the notary process. Thank you, Cheryl for trying to resolve the issue.
Previous post: The notary was a complete failure! She kept chatting us up and then once we submitted the documents they were rejected because she misspelled and miss dated the form. What a waste of time and money!

Very happy with the experience and service in this store. Auran helped me and he is an exceptional worker. Kind, attentive and decisive, he offered me the shipping solution I needed. He also printed and made photocopies of documents I needed. I recommend the store 100%. Thank you so much!!!

Travis, he helped me with an item that I wasn’t sure how to ship. He gave me different options and tried to save me money. He was very polite, and the office was working very fast at trying to get the long line taken care of which they did very well.

This UPS Store location is the best. Any time I’ve ever come in and there’s a long line, additional employees are quick to come help. Every employee I’ve met is quick, efficient, and friendly. Great service!

I recently stopped by the UPS store and The attendant was good but wasn’t great. Meaning while I was writing on the box 1/2 and 2/2 already at the counter, in which he handed me the sharpie, he took two other customers ahead of me at the other register. Something that took less than 10 seconds and end up waiting 20 minutes. His colleague had to draw his attention to let him know I was ready. I wish people be more considerate. :(

The phone number does not actually allow you to talk to anyone and ask questions, it prompts you to send an email with your question. I never received a reply, and was forced to go in person. Once I was in store everything was taken care of, but the lack of ability to contact the store makes getting questions answered difficult.
