“I first visited Precision Align and Auto Service around 2010 at their location on University Drive in McKinney. I continued to take my vehicle and my family’s vehicles to them because of the exceptional service. I now live about 100 miles away and hadn’t been to Wes for several years. After a poor alignment at a shop near me, I made the drive to Wes and was immediately reminded of why I always went to him before. He is an honest, caring family man of the highest integrity. His new facility is “no frills” but please trust that his equipment, especially his alignment machine, is top notch and properly calibrated. Wes listened to my concerns and he worked very hard to dial in a very accurate alignment after a control arm replacement. My truck drives like new again. I highly, highly recommend Precision Align and Auto Service!”

The staff were so kind and professional and they went above and beyond to ensure that they identified the issue and fixed it in a very short and timely manner. This is not an auto shop that will take advantage of a person who is knows nothing about cars, they focus on minimizing cost and ensuring that the customer is happy.
