“I brought Ford Explorer here because my insurance company recommended them. They said they use OEM parts and stand by their work but that was a lie. After the repair, I started noticing the side molding looked different and didn’t fit flush. When I asked about it, the manager told me it was “just the newer version.” I got suspicious and took my car to another shop for an inspection. They confirmed the part was aftermarket, not OEM. When I confronted this shop, they denied it and claimed I must be mistaken. The new shop even showed me the markings proving it was an imitation part. The paint also started peeling within two months, and when I tried to claim the lifetime warranty, this shop said it only covers certain conditions. In other words, nothing. Dishonest, lazy, and unprofessional that’s the only way to describe them. Avoid this place like the plague.”
“I really love this auto shop I trust that they are honest and fair and I only have the same mechanic work on my automobile that is Mr. Ed he has always work on my Ford suv and I trust his work. But all the guys up there are nice and professional 👏🏼 I was told to go to them for a oil change from another auto repair shop that only works on transmission. I don't go to anyone but them. And that's been over 8 years ago. Also someone else told me they are trustworthy mechanics and reliable auto shop. I pray they always keep that reputation of who they are it means alot to have people you can trust and depend on when it comes to your car. The prices are high but that's because of labor but the work is good quality work. I don't want brag to much then we lose the service we are use too lol lol. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service”
