“We are beyond grateful for the help we received by this place, but mainly from the customer service given by Brandon. We were coming from Arkansas and were on the highway when our check engine light started flashing and noticed that it was not accelerating correctly. We immediately looked up for the nearest facility that could check our vehicle and were advised by some local folks to visit this location. When we arrived they quickly attended us and scanned to see the error code. Initially the code they got was that there was a misfire and could possibly be the spark plugs but there was a seondary code they were unsure of. Brandon had stepped in and scanned it a second time to confirm if it was that or possibly something else. Turns out it was something more complex then just spark plugs. It was the catalytic converter. He gave us the run down of how expensive it could be and we could attempt to drive it but he wouldn't recommend. He went above and beyond and called different locations to find us the part so he could order it and get it there as soon as possible so it could be fixed. We did have to find a place to spend the night and he even gave us recommendations of a nearby town we could stay at. I feel it was a blessing they were put in our path and we are thankful for everything they did!”

“I stopped by 1 morning to pick up a couple dish boxes and get some extra bubble wrap and the entire experience was pretty fluid. The woman who helped me was super kind and even saved me a headache when she noticed I only grabbed the dividers that go into the box and not the box that's supposed to go with it as well.Even better, she let me know that if I end up not using anything, I can return it for a refund (which I ended up doing) and overall, made the process very smooth.”

“The 16 foot truck we rented sucked but all of the employees that I have encountered made up for bad equipment. I give the staff 5 STARS. Extremely kind, friendly, and overall helpful. The only reason I would rent from Budget again would be because of the staff.”
