I can't do business with any U-Haul any more. I have tried in three occasions to rent a truck, but they cannot complete the transaction. The UHaul corporation is making you self-check in with a system that doesn't work. Twice tried to pick up the truck only to walk away empty handed. Then they want you to drive 17 miles to another dealer. This time they want three contacts. Friends and family names and phone numbers. I guess taking your credit card isn't enough. After 30 years of doing business with U-Haul- I'm done. Pensky, I'm on my way.
