“I'll start off by saying that I have not yet been to this store or others like it in the area, but when I heard about it from a local FB group, I was intrigued at the concept and wanted to check out the reviews, as I do for most places.So to anyone reading this review, please realize that *to me* it *appears* that *most* of the negative reviews are from one (or perhaps 2 or 4 ??‍♀️) disgruntled customer(s) trying to bring down the store's rating, and for quite some time now. And I mean, these individuals are truly invested in trying to deter people from visiting their store. The reviews are posted from multiple accounts, many of them leaving just a review or two. They complain mostly about the same exact thing, some stories maybe slightly tweaked for authenticity. Maybe I'm just wasting my time here, and obviously I haven't read through all the reviews, esp the positive ones as I was more interested in reading about why the store gets such a mediocre rating, and maybe someone else has already provided a similar feedback, but last I checked, altruism has never hurt anyone.Also, I am not hired by the store to leave this review. I rarely leave reviews unless I've received exceptional service (good and bad) at a location, but my profile is genuinely me. I just hate reading that someone is intentionally spreading lies/rumors about a business, just because he or she didn't like the outcome of the store's decision in purchasing the clothes that were brought in by these individuals, and most of these negative reviews are from people who are trying to sell their clothes, rarely buy. Maybe it's a competitive tactic or a hurt ego, I don't know. But I find all this very petty.It's just my 1 review and I doubt it'd help much as far as their star ratings go, but I'm hoping more people come to the reviews section to actually read the reviews, and not just judge a business based on the average number of stars received. I definitely hope to visit this store (and others in the area who receive very similar ratings and reviews) in the near future and experience their service firsthand, and if I'm wrong, I'll be sure to update my review.”
