People come in after work and maybe more important is a safety issues!

Worst experience ever! They scammed us. First the business rep offered one thing then first bill came to three times what's been offered. Then they offered to cover switcher deal up to $800, then they did not cover anything. They twist words very well until you aggree to something. If you try to contact them about issues I hope the best of luck. They disappear and won't open your calls texts or anything. Even when you visit the store, most of them seem to displeased to see you. I've been very shocked by their unprofessional attitude. I thought Verizon supposed to be have high standards, this was very disappointing experience.
We had to file with FCC and now having bunch of headaches because of them. We are even considering small claims court just to get our money back. Be careful to ask all proofs you can get, if I hadn't ask for quote I it would have been very hard to explain everything. Even though they accept their mistakes, their effort to fix things comes up to only more PROMISES that they can not keep.

Absolutely avoid doing any business without proof or paper. They did not give the bill they promised and my bill was three times what was offered.
The business manager (Crystan L.) did not contact me back when the deal is done. I’d tried to contact her for a week, and only she only responses with avoiding messages (like in a call or some other excuse).
Right now, I filed with FCC with all proofs and hoping to get the deal I was promised.
In summary, do not ever trust what they say and definitely ask for paper work and not approve without reading.

The sales rep that’s always in the store is so dull and no customer service skills at all, lazy! Always trying to say she can’t help me out and very rude! I don’t recommend walking into this store bc of her lack of customer service.

Mark went above and beyond to help me get my phone number transferred onto my own Verizon account. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process so easy — explaining every step clearly and ensuring nothing was missed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I left the store feeling completely supported and confident. Thank you, Mark, for turning what could’ve been a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

My husband Jonathan and I came in with the understanding that the process would be simple. But our phone numbers we chose were incorrect and the original salesperson was not present like i told would happen. The reason why i am giving 5 stars is because despite all the obstacles Kortnie was super helpful and determined to make amends and fix our issues. We walked as new customers thanks to Kortnie amazing customer service and determination to fix our issues. I also stated multiple that I want Kortnie not Eva to receive the sales credit because of her hard work.

Kortnie did a fantastic job! She was helping five customers at the same time and was attentive to all of our needs. She was very knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer or how to do something (because you know how special circumstances arise and they sure did for multiple people including me) she was quick to know who to call to get the answer and got right on it. She was very friendly the entire time and did not show any frustration despite there being multiple frustrating situations happening at the same time.
I was in the store for a couple of hours and was amazed with Kortnie's ability to multitask and not miss a beat at any time despite working on several people at once. All the customers smiled the entire time even when it seemed like something couldn't be achieved due to a roadblock because Kortnie kept positive and optimistic that she could figure it out... and she did every time!
I applaud and thank Kortnie for her wonderful service as an employee and her fabulous demeanor and caring personality! She certainly showed up and out!

Went to Verizon in Anna on Saturday June 21st at 11:00. Lights on, door locks. Beat in the door no one even came to door. Waiting for 30 minutes. No one ever came to door. Went to Walmart. Came back at 12:30. Still lights in. Tv on and no person inside. Door locked. Called customer service they tried to call the store no answer. Who ever is on duty is not working.

I am older & sometimes accidentally hit options on my iPhone without realizing it. The gentleman working the morning of 5/7/2025 (10:00AM) was wonderful! Multitasking to take care of several customers at the same time while making you feel like you were his only concern! I’m all in for giving him a raise! NG
