If I could give this a negative 100, that would be my rating! I placed a pick up order last week, like I’ve done so many times. Waited over 30 minutes with the car running in the heat, saw other vehicles receiving their orders who pulled in 10-15 min after me, so I left. Was told by customer service the order would be returned to stock by 8pm and my $$ refunded. FIVE DAYS LATER I get an email that says I picked it up this morning. Really??? I wasn’t even in Anna at that time! Now the customer service chat is telling me that I have to wait 10 days for a ‘refund request’ response. What is wrong with people? Side note-the person on customer service chat was very polite and responsive. She deserves an A+, and I hope she goes to work for a company with integrity.

I am writing this review in WARNING to all customer who shop here as I am just tired of this SCAM that Walmart has ALREADY HAD LAWSUITS OVER.
This happens all the time. It happens to you too—you just don’t notice.
Like tonight’s example:
I run in and out of Walmart for a couple items.
First item I grab is Celsius Energy Drink (2) prices at $1.97.
I grab the rest of my items, and as I ring up the celsius, they ring up as $2.28 each.
I pay—begrudgingly—and then immediately circle around to see if I was the crazy one who got the price wrong. Nope.
From when I walked in to when I left, they were marked (paper label) as $1.97. But they weren’t.
They do this with MANY items you purchase, and the price will vary throughout the day based on different factors—like whether you’re inside the store & you often buy this item, or peak business hours for a certain item, or stores are about to close so they know you have limited options, or they know you’ve bought an item at that higher price previously, or they have only a few of that item in stock still.
PAY ATTENTION WHILE SHOPPING. Take photos of your intended purchases as you shop, and dispute it at the register. They will change it if you prove it to their face. However, I’ve been in situations where they want to walk me to the other side of the store before correcting the price.
My advice?
DON’T SHOP AT WALMART ANYMORE. Or any other locations for that matter because this is a nationwide problem.
The employees are this Walmart’s ONLY highlight (minus the tall female pharmacist) who ultimately forced me to switch to another pharmacy after decades of being at walmart. Now the Pharmacy Manager** was VERY KIND but my medications were already transferred.
You can thank the employees for your second star, Walmart.

Walmart still hasnt gotten with the times and gotten tap to pay. Had to walk out because I couldnt pay, with money in my account. Oh well, ill just keep shopping at HEB now that one is the same distance to me as Walmart

Whoever the employee was that put up the WIC stickers finally thank you you made a difference in someone’s life. And the employees who work the self checkout in the mornings shift it’s usually the same people, you are so kind thank you for always being friendly! The people who work at this Walmart are some of the nicest people!

This store has most items I need, especially in the food dept. I wish they would bring back 24 hour service. As a retired night owl I miss shopping at night

Let me preface with this; in general I loathe setting foot in any Walmart store and it almost always takes every bit of patience I can muster to either deal with your typical Walmart employee or Walmartian (customer). Yesterday, as I was shopping for back to school supplies, I tried to pick up some body spray but found it locked up behind a glass door. It was $9.
Do you know how hard it is to find an employee for help at a Walmart? Well, after searching for eight to ten minutes, I found two. Of course, neither of which could help unlock the glass cabinet. Beyond frustrating so I pulled out my phone and ordered it from Amazon.
Can’t stand Walmart.

The time that it takes to get your online order you can drive to McKinney go shopping and drive back. Dont waste your time. THE WORST. Honestly they should just stop the online orders because the children working there are slow, rude, and in competent. Shut - it - down
