I would like to thank Carlos B for helping me install the battery that another AutoZone were unable to install plus he tested my alternator n starter as well he even did diagnostic on my truck, this young man did above n beyond this employee should be recognized, again I want to thank this young man for helping me out even thou I bought my battery from a different location thank u Carlos. Now I know that if I have a problem with any vehicle Mr. Carlos will go above and beyond to accommodate any vehicle problem.

Christina tried her best helping me out on a part she called VDP it wasn’t going to arrive until next week she got an error informed me it could be my bank. After she tried her best she advised me to go online and I had NO PROBLEM using the same card, I got 20% off AND the part will arrive tomorrow. At the end of the day I’m still happy since this 105 degree weather is no joke!

Gabriel the manager offers great courteous customer service. I went in to purchase a windshield wiper. Prior to charging me he offered to first look at the vehicle to ensue he had the correct type. He even installed it for us. Above and beyond customer service.

Gabriel was very helpful when it came to charging my car battery! He also helped change my windshield wipers and noticed I was running low on windshield wiper fluid. It is definitely the best AZ on the Westside.

Yesterday I stopped by in a rush to pick up a part I had ordered and jasmine helped me out she was so nice and helpful very knowledgeable about what she was doing. Great customer service!

I went pick some parts for oil change and changing breaks. A young manager helped me very helpfully. He did not have the front rotors in stock, so he ordered them so I can pick up next day.I was fine with that until I went to pick them up, a lady help me so I told her hey can you double check the order to see if their correct her answer was I don't know You ordered them. I was in shock with the answer. So I left and quess what wrong part. That could of been taken care of then. I had to drive back to get the correct ones. I will never go to that location again. I'll take my money some were else.

Asked 50's Grey haired guy (no name tag),for hose clamps 5/13/25 10 AM, M.O.L..He gave me cold shoulder/left store baffled been I 66 Y.Old/ to avoid zero conflict/O Riley's auto, respectful/..... (hose clamps three bucks n change).

auto zone welcome mat. (Yes sir/mam can I help you).
Anthony, TX.....I leave no credit card info/ no cell phone info/no purchase/ I feel ok from retaliation....But you must know. My presence, some how offended him.
I can not understand others thoughts. I must avoid this store...U, have a bad apple.... Read, ....FOR YOUR EYES AND BETTERMENT OF YOUR COMPANY. Your customers pay to keep the lights on.

If I can give a 0 star I would. I'm from out of state and pulled in to have some repairs done. I needed some parts for the mechanic so he could finish fixing my vehicle and I can continue on my journey. They had the most rude and unprofessional costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. The clerk was wearing a Grey shirt I don't know if she was a new employee or was just having a bad day but never treat a customer like the way I was treated. I will be calling corporate when I get to my destination.

AutoZone is my to go place to buy any car products even rental tool to help me fix my cars and I cannot help but to go there just to hang out and talk to the employees they are so nice and wonderful they give me advice on how to fix my car and what tools to buy and have never had any problems with this place love going to shop there spending all my time and money there will be back soon thank you so much AutoZone

Passing through from iowa and needed a hub assembly. Danny went above and beyond anyone we have meet at autozone!! I can't emphasize how helpful he was!!! Amazing amazing customer service.
