“Nice place to get fit again and mindfulness getting out of home and everyday routine. The only thing is that a lot of members just go to sit on work out machines on their phone and well that's not cool, especially if you're gonna use it. Bathrooms should have some paper protectors for toilets also jijiji everyone is sweating and it gets on the seat.”

I've recently been trying different studios, classes, and types of workouts in the area, and there are some studios where you feel like if you're not decked in Lulu, in your 20s, and smile, you just don't fit in... Or at least I did! I'm in my 40s, like to dress comfy/cute and I smile and interact a lot. When instructors are super serious and stoic (and everyone in class is in full hair and makeup), it doesn't even get me pumped to work hard... It makes me feel awkward. It's just a workout! Let's have fun!

I was guilted by colleagues to come, and came out a better more humbler person for it.

This gym is stocked with functional fitness equipment and is set up for tens of folks to get their WODs done.

The Saturday morning WOD was a serious test of character and the first of future visits to get me back into shape. Top: Try your best but don't overdo it on the first day either. Your more likely to come back if you don't injure yourself.

The facility has a front desk and glass doors in the front and in the back there's more parking spaces but on Saturday morning we used the space to wheel out the cardio equipment, assault bikes and rowers. Towards the back there is a bathroom for one and two functioning water fountains.

You will be wall balling weighted smash balls, lifting Olympic barbells with rubber weights, kipping and toe touching from pull up bars, stepping (or jumping) onto boxes...it has everything.

Right off of north Doniphan, and behind a daycare center. You can find plenty of parking spot.

“This is by far the best gym in El Paso, they have a lot of selection in their equipment and the atmosphere is electric nonce you become a part of SCAC. The owners are the most honest and beautiful type of people you would ever come across which also are believers in Christ & support our Military & Law Enforcement They have the grit and experience since both of them are into fitness and are sponsored athletes. I would strongly recommend you trying this gym, it won’t disappoint you.”

No daycare ( this may be a pro , not a con for some )
