I booked the shower, was waiting.. when it was my turn to go next, they assigned the shower to someone who missed the turn.. now I have to wait again, it doesn't work that way! If you missed your turn you have to book it again like anywhere else! Manager doesn't know the rules!!!

I've been using the app for my shower purchases without any problem for years. I purchased my shower through the app, received a text message a long time later that my shower was ready at 5:19pm.. I got to the shower in 4 minutes.. my pin code for access did not work after several attempts. I showed both Michelle and Valeria proof I purchased and the time of the text. Their best way to help me was to charge me for another shower and make me wait in the back of the line.. not many people were waiting, but that does not mean you treat a professional driver this way as I didn't deserve this.

Don’t go to shower one it has only hot water. It will burn your skin and I try to tell it to workers but they don’t understand . Other all showers are good .so avoid shower one and the people who work over there they don’t understand they don’t care about the drivers😡

So I don't usually post reviews but when I see the store associate reheating food and sticking it back in the display case and these truck stops already overcharging us on everything. I'll just leave this here for thought.

Decent truck stop. Clean showers, but not so many of them. Little, but noticeable musk smell inside. Ample parking space for sprinter vans and small box trucks, but my advise to van drivers is to park on both sides of the parking lot, otherwise you'll be waken up at night every 20 mins of so by busses pulling on and off. It seems to be a bus stop for bus lines heading to Mexico. They idling engines and passengers are noisy. It is really hard to get rest there.

Love this Pilot. It's always clean, always has parking available and they do a fantastic job of turning over the showers. Never have to wait long to get one. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I make a point of stopping here when I'm passing through.
