I would recommend to anyone needing a repair or just had a breakdown! Richie and the reception were amazing- super friendly, got the issue fixed quickly and gave amazing insights about next steps if needed once I was back in the road.

STAY AWAY GROM THESE GUYS AY ALL COST!! Any shop who can charge you two hours labor for putting on wiper blades an that hourly rate be 115.00 so 230.00 dollars for putting on wiper blades is absolutely insane especially when the service they claimed to provide wasn't performed in the end, an nothing but excuses followed my complaints. Such a shame. Signed a Veteran been cheated.

We were traveling from out of state and had an issue with our truck. Pro Tech took us right in and ran a diagnostic. No major issues were found that needed immediate attention, so we went on our way. We really appreciated them working us in on a last minutes notice.

Suite à l’explosion d’un pneu sur la I10, plusieurs fills ont été arrachés sous le VR, le générateur ne fonctionnait plus, les extensions ne fonctionnaient plus, une fuite de propane et la boite de distribution du 120V et 12V arrachée. J’ai appelé Pro Tech à Anthony près d’El Paso après la fermeture. Après explications, Ritchy, le propriétaire, m’a indiqué que son équipe prendrait en charge la réparation du VR. Le lendemain je me suis présenté au garage et fût acceuilli par Ricky et Hector qui ont interrompu leurs activités pour s’occuper de notre VR. Ils ont travaillé toute la journée sans relâche jusqu’à plus d’une heure après la fermeture.Après avoir testé tous les systèmes du VR, nous avons continué notre périple.Le prix demandé était raisonnable.Une équipe plein de connaissances et d’expérience qui font un travail impeccable en peu de temps.Hautement recommandé

We had a leak in our transmission line on our Allegro Bus. We called Protech on Saturday @ 3:00pm & we’re told to come in 8:00 Monday morning. We arrived - they diagnosed the issue - worked a solid 6 hours on this repair. These guys are unbelievable!!! Professional - didn’t take advantage of that fact that we were just traveling thru. I will give them 10 stars!!! An absolute pleasure doing business with these guys!!

On a road trip and needed a new windshield wiper motor. They where able to help us find and get one ordered up so we could finish our trip.
