Javier Hernandez made a difficult time so much easier. He worked for me listening to what I liked and what I needed. He was not pushy to make the sale like so many salespersons tend to be. I took the drive to Aransas Pass and found it well worth the drive.

We went in on Wednesday to look for a new truck for my husband, met with Oscar. Let me tell you I've never experienced such terrible customer service! Between Wed and Thursday my husband and his boss spoke to this man multiple times and he was absolutely unwilling to budge on anything and then decided to tell us we'll I guess we are done! Allen Samuel's used to be our go to that's where we bought our truck we have now, but after this experience we will be going elsewhere. With people who actually know how to provide customer service.

I bought a jeep from this dealership, blown head gasket. Took 4mo to fix it. No loaner car was provided. I had to reach out to them constantly for updates. After the THIRD engine, I finally got my Jeep back with a 100k mi warranty or 3yrs that's "in the computer" and I received one document on that didn't say anything about warranty (assuming this is a lie).
Jeep still has a check engine light and now it has problems starting, which isn't covered by the dealership now. Please stay away from this dealership.

Dorks actually used an impact or some to tighten my oil plug. Oil plug way over tightened stripped oil plug. They don’t care.
