I have gone to other AT&T stores and have to wait and wait just to be acknowledged .. then when I finally get to speak to someone … they have no time nor interest for helping.. Saturday that happened again in Rockport … I left and called the Aransas Pass store.. I was happy to hear the person at the store was listening and kind. I drove over there and as soon as I walked in, I noticed people there, but the lady immediately looked up, welcomed me and said that she would be with me in a moment… Victoria helped me out has a new phone and helped set it up!! It took over 10 hours to download!! I had and iPhone 7 and purchased an iPhone 17 Max she helped me to connect my iPhone to my other devices. She was very helpful… She has the best service personality that I’ve seen in a very long time. There were many people in and out of that office and with each one she took her time… if you need good and patient person to help, she is awesome and certainly deserves a raise!!! she excels at her job

I want to give a huge shout-out to Adriana at AT&T! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to listen to what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel stress-free. Adriana went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident with my service. You don’t always come across representatives who truly care, but Adriana is definitely one of them. AT&T is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be recommending her to family and friends!

I just want to thank Adriana for trying so hard to resolve the issues with switching over our phones from another carrier to AT&T. Although I ended up having to take the phones to one of the Corpus corporate stores to finish everything, she spent hours working to help me. And it was no fault of hers. ONLY they could do it. This girls deserves a raise!
