I’ve lived in the area since 2002, & I can’t say I’ve had a positive or pleased shopping experience in this location, & yesterday (3may25) my phone call confirmed it even further; I called for help but the staff member told me to come over instead so I can look for myself. Pathetic. Just because a store’s remotely hidden inside small towns doesn’t mean as a staff you can act like an incompetent hillbilly!

Worst customer service ever! The short bald dude talks to his associates like a bully and made me feel like I was bothering him. I couldn't believe it. I'll never ever go there again. So rude and disrespectful. I feel sorry for the other employees.
