The Storage Place - Boat Lodge in Rockport/Aransas Pass is a premier and secure storage facility conveniently located off Highway 35 Bypass. It is a quick drive to local harbors like Cove Harbor and Conn Brown Harbor. The facility offers storage for boats, RVs, and equipment. It is a very nice and secure facility with many great amenities. These include clean restrooms with A/C, free wash bays to wash boats and flush motors, onsite ice machines, and an air compressor. The property features all concrete driveways and large barns with easy-to-open 12-foot overhead doors that provide great clearance. The staff provides great service and is a pleasure to work with, known for being down to earth, nice, and quick to respond. Customers highly recommend it as the best boat storage in the Rockport area for anyone looking for a wonderful facility with the right amenities.
I don't have a single complaint about this facility. Secure, clean air conditioned restrooms, very roomier wash down bays under good management ( Jodi is a sweetheart). Best money I've spent on a place to store my toy. 5 STARS

Five stars I found them on Facebook and ever since then is history. I store my boat and a lot of equipment there. The lady upfront is so nice and the owners are down to earth and always there to help if I ever do need it.
