Sadly the room was full of cockroaches. Really disgusting. I got a new room that was fine. Also it was quite load and noisy u can hear every step of the people.

Very nice hotel. The bathroom looks like it was just tiled. The room was neat and clean. The front of the building is like new. There are three EV charging spots. The pool was clean. Terrific location with plenty of parking. Would have been a 5 star if they served breakfast.

This has become our favorite hotels to come stay at while in the area. Staff is friendly & attentive. Facility & Rooms always clean and maintenance kept up with. We also enjoy the pool. They do have a small gym as well. They do not serve complimentary breakfast though so it’s the only inconvenience while staying here, we usually go down the road and get kiddos something since it’s conveniently located near places.

This was a really great value for an off-season work stay. A suite room with nice kitchenette, clean, good bed, good lighting. The only downside was that the hotels exterior lights were shining through the windows, but the blackout curtains did their job. If that would bother you, ask for a higher floor and it's probably better than the ground floor was.Rooms: Room was large, clean, and had a great kitchen area.Food & drinks: A nicely stocked little convenience store in the lobby.

Had a great stay here! After fighting a fire locally it was nice to get a good clean room for the night. The room was big and cold just like I like it. I'll definitely be back! Staff is also super helpful and very friendly. They were awesome!

Overall, my stay was nice and comfortable. When it came to checking out that’s when I was dissatisfied. This hotel kept charging me additional fees and refunding my money then taking it back again. If you stay here I suggest you think about all the additional fee’s they will charge. It says they are pet friendly but charge an arm and a leg if you have a small pet. I now have to sell my first born child to be able to afford my stay. Thanks, Candlewood.

I booked a stay on priceline ( non refundable) and when we checked in they didn't advise the hotel that it was a junior suite. The clerk Jocelyn took care of our needs with a smile. She's a wonderful person and her customer service skills are outstanding. Corporate should be happy to have her on staff. As usual the property was clean and well kept. Every one there was very friendly and helpful. They really make you feel at home. Just a couple of reasons that we stay there every year. The location is perfect for us. Close to grocery and department stores so you don't have to pay tourist prices for everyday essentials. A five mile drive puts you at the ferry landing then your off to the sand. I'm already looking forward to seeing everyone next year. Thank you for the amazing stay.

We are long-time Candlewood Suites patrons because I like to cook instead of going out. We have seen the worse, the "O.K.", the trying-to-improve, and the best of them. We have felt it all from total elation to total disappointment in dealing with IHG and it's Candlewood Suites properties. But Aransas Pass, *** Wow!! ***After a not-so-pleasant stop at the Holiday Inn Airport Convention Center Corpus Christi (yeah, we cancelled our resrvation as soon as we walked in), Joshua at Candlewood helped us reserve a room on-the-fly as we fled to Aransas Pass. He was very considerate and helpful. This was our first time staying in a one-room suite where the kitchen and bedroom were the same room, but it was great! Everything was new and clean, nothing like what we were accustomed to. Just beautiful! My wife liked the firmness of the recliner, while I enjoyed the firmness of the bed and the abundance of thick pillows. We kinda' missed the separate bedroom and living area with the sofa and table, but this was a pleasant diversion. And the definition of the TV puts our smart/flat screens at home to shame.Just one downside ...they don't stock pots and pans, and kitchen tools in the drawers. You have to go downstairs to the lending locker for them, and there weren't many small appliances available at all. But a cook is a cook.We definitely recommend this location.
