Scheduled an alignment for my Ford F350 a week and a half ago. Service Advisor asked if any modifications or lifts other than stock tires where on my truck and I told them no. They said no problem they should be able to handle the job. When I showed up I asked if they had time afterwards to do and oil change with filter and said they should be able to take care of it. I left and walked 3/4 of a mile back to hotel and within an hour got a call saying they did the oil change but was unable to do the alignment because their equipment is from the 1960's. I went in to speak with the GM and waited for him to get back from lunch. After speaking with him about the time I waited to get in and taking off work I asked if there's anything he could do for me for all the waisted time and taking off work early to be there for the appointment. Again costing me money. He said give him a minute and about 10 minutes later shows up with an aggressive Service Manager asking what I wanted for this. I left it up to him thinking he would offer something. He did a car wash the next time I come in. I told him I was trying to find a place I could go to because I was in for work for the next three years and figured they would want repeat business and that I already had bought a new battery the day I got into town from them.He said yes he was told and that and it was raining that day and that it was done under their canopy and if he was there he wouldn't have done it. Interesting I found out the guy I thought was the GM I waited for was actually the sales manager. So the GM I was told they reached out to actually wasn't the GM and if it was he shouldn't be it that position. I appreciate the oil change but it wasn't due yet I was just looking at saving time later down the road. Zero give a shit about customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another option. I'll let the other 3500 people that are on my job about the service and let them judge where they want to go. If I was a betting man I would say they lose a lot of business.

I took my truck in on a Monday for a vibration in the front end. By Wednesday I had not heard anything so I called and Jay said they were still trying to locate the issue and he would call me back. By Friday I had not heard back so I called again and had to leave my number. After 2 hours I had to call again and this time I talked to Jay again and he said he would call me back as soon as he had talked to the tech. I waited another 2 hours and again had to call back. After a week with zero communication from them he tells me they can not duplicate the problem. They might have decent techs but their costumer service is lacking severely. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Drive to Corpus Christi.

We have done business with this company since the 1980's. Members of our family have gone here to purchase new and used cars, have body work after wrecks, warranty work, routine maintenance, general repairs, and buy parts, etc. Nice helpful friendly people and the work is always done right.

My husbands mass air flow sensor cords was chewed through by mice. We got an appointment for the issue dropped the car off around 8am they called us explained the exact problem & have us a quote. The car was completely fixed running perfect by 12:45. The car also has recalls that we weren't notified about and Ford went ahead and got the part order in to get the recalls fixed as well! We will definitely be back with any further issues! Highly recommend!

Would not suggest this place at all. They only informed us once the insurance company approved an estimate and they never put the car on a lift. The guy said he can tell what's wrong with it because he has 40 years experience. They never notified us or sent picture when it arrived on site like they said they would. I asked they look at the passenger side tire and the manager gave me a long unrelated story and never looked at it. These people definitely tread the insurance company as their company and don't care that this was a huge purchase for us and it ment a lot for us and now we can't trust the work done to it.

The service department could use some customer service skills. I went in for a quote for a simple repair on my Mustang, it took days to get a hand written quote (computer generated is more modern). The service manager informed me that they "have the right to refuse service to anyone" and he also assumed that I wanted special treatment by saying to me "I don't care who you think you are", because I asked for the VIN # on the quote. He also questioned me about where I bought my vehicle, which was not relevant. The tone and hatefullness were very insulting. This is extremely unprofessional and I feel like I have been bullied for absolutely no reason. They lost my current and future business.

Ronnie and his team have delivered excellent customer service from day one. When they didn't have in stock the specific vehicle I was wanting, they went out of their way to locate my 2021 Ford Ranger from out of town and brought it "home" to me. The Service department at Commercial Motors has maintained my truck with top notch service. Over the last year, my poor truck got dints and bangs and scratches. I wasn't really sure I wanted to file an insurance claim and pay a high deductible. So, Ronnie suggested bringing it by the Body Shop and let his guy buff it all out. I'm just so amazed and tickled pink. She's like brand new! If you're looking for down home honesty and integrity in an auto dealership, make your way across the bay to Commercial Motors in Aransas Pass!

A hidden gem on the Texas coast. We are full time RV'ers and have had service in 10 Ford Dealerships in the last 4 years, so when I give them 5 stars, I mean it! Our plans had changed and I wouldn't get back to my planned service location. I was leaving Rockport TX in a couple of days and needed service. It was Tuesday and I called at 10:30 to see if I could get my F350 serviced before Friday. I was totally surprised when James said he could get me in at 2 or 3 that afternoon. I selected 3:00 pm and they got me right in and right back out in less than an hour. Fast efficient service by Drake and great customer service by both Jay and James. Kudos to the Team! Usually when you call a dealership for service it's an appointment a week or two away. One day service is something that almost never happens, thanks again for the great job!
