Scheduled an alignment for my Ford F350 a week and a half ago. Service Advisor asked if any modifications or lifts other than stock tires where on my truck and I told them no. They said no problem they should be able to handle the job. When I showed up I asked if they had time afterwards to do and oil change with filter and said they should be able to take care of it. I left and walked 3/4 of a mile back to hotel and within an hour got a call saying they did the oil change but was unable to do the alignment because their equipment is from the 1960's. I went in to speak with the GM and waited for him to get back from lunch. After speaking with him about the time I waited to get in and taking off work I asked if there's anything he could do for me for all the waisted time and taking off work early to be there for the appointment. Again costing me money. He said give him a minute and about 10 minutes later shows up with an aggressive Service Manager asking what I wanted for this. I left it up to him thinking he would offer something. He did a car wash the next time I come in. I told him I was trying to find a place I could go to because I was in for work for the next three years and figured they would want repeat business and that I already had bought a new battery the day I got into town from them.He said yes he was told and that and it was raining that day and that it was done under their canopy and if he was there he wouldn't have done it. Interesting I found out the guy I thought was the GM I waited for was actually the sales manager. So the GM I was told they reached out to actually wasn't the GM and if it was he shouldn't be it that position. I appreciate the oil change but it wasn't due yet I was just looking at saving time later down the road. Zero give a shit about customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another option. I'll let the other 3500 people that are on my job about the service and let them judge where they want to go. If I was a betting man I would say they lose a lot of business.

Our Lincoln Navigator air cond wasn’t blowing cold. Service department was very busy but Rock got right on it to see what was causing trouble.Customer service has always been number one at commercial with allMy daughters trucks. They did the same with mine. Very courteous and able to fix right away. Also not just that issue but changed my oil and it had recalls all was taken care of and it was washed and cleaned up. And brought back to me very timely manner. Over and above we appreciate you James - Jay -Rock for taking such care of my truck . We appreciate your service more than youKnow. I was out of town, had a window that would not roll up, did not have an appointment, and just walked in. They were obviously busy, but extremely courteous, kind, and resolved my issue within an hour and a half so we could drive back home with a rolled up window. It is so different than what we're used to in Austin...where both Lincoln dealerships are terrible....to the point where we're going to sell the car. If Commercial Auto was near us, they would be the only place we'd ever go. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Amazing customer service.

Was visiting Rockport , ready to return home , 3hr drive. Ac quit, engine overheated. Spoke with James in service, he said couldn’t get to for 2 days. I explained we needed to return home. He got the parts ordered and made the repairs, completed the next day at 1:00. Thanks to James and the mechanic, appreciate the great service.

When the engine of my Ford Fusion had a major issue, Jay and James in the Service Dept. researched the issue, discovered a recall for this known issue, and saw to it that we received a complete engine replacement at no charge, including labor. Appreciate the dedication to customers and the great service!

I've given these guys & gals 5 stars. On April 17 2023 our car stopped and wouldn't start in Sinton Tx. The local mechanic in Sinton tried to jump it, nothing. He called in a buddy to tow it to Commercial Ford. James answered the phone when we called and took the frustration that my husband was dealing with stride. He was calm and collected and as helpful as he could be. Rock the service manager took car of us when we arrived and got the car fixed and us on our way. These guys were nothing less then fabulous and are proof positive that SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists. I can't say enough great things about them. All the staff members were super friendly and again, customer service was AMAZING!

Update: They made the sensor issue worse on our Escape. We traded it in amd upgraded back to a Lexus. I think the only thing I will let them do is an oil change on my truck as I have many points and they are free.They are short staffed whi h is one issue tgat is hard for everyone. What I don't appreciate is the communication or lack of it. If there is an issue own up to it and let me know what you are going to do to fix it.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, reasonably timely, friendly staff. I'm from out of town, but the shop foreman was engaging and personable. Nice customer waiting area, I'll be back next year.

Worse place to take your vehicle to get body work . Had good service before in the mechanical shop but the body shop it just bunch of lies. They waited seven weeks to order the parts they needed and want to make excuses. I thought I was going to get great service like the mechanical shop. Don’t recommend to my worst enemy.

I would recommend commercial ford in Aransas to anyone even without a ford! The customer service that we got was absolutely amazing and Jay Fontenot service advisor is absolutely the best I have dealt with in a dealer ship! Fast and most of all the important of them all caring and understanding!! Thank you Jay for being who u are and what u do!!Damicos

We have done business with this company since the 1980's. Members of our family have gone here to purchase new and used cars, have body work after wrecks, warranty work, routine maintenance, general repairs, and buy parts, etc. Nice helpful friendly people and the work is always done right.

I took my truck in on a Monday for a vibration in the front end. By Wednesday I had not heard anything so I called and Jay said they were still trying to locate the issue and he would call me back. By Friday I had not heard back so I called again and had to leave my number. After 2 hours I had to call again and this time I talked to Jay again and he said he would call me back as soon as he had talked to the tech. I waited another 2 hours and again had to call back. After a week with zero communication from them he tells me they can not duplicate the problem. They might have decent techs but their costumer service is lacking severely. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Drive to Corpus Christi.

Thanks to Jay! Jay was competent, friendly and professional. Jay went the extra mile and was able to sequence my truck into the busy system. They were able to quickly locate the problem and order the parts that will be necessary to repair the truck by tomorrows date. I was treated with grace and kindness. Originally, I was only able to get an appointment for the upcoming Friday but thanks to Jay, we will be on our way, tomorrow...I have always had good experiences with Commercial Motors.
