This isn’t a typical souvenir shop with Port A stamped on everything (there are other places to go for that) but you won’t regret taking a peek at this funky shop.”

“I was in the hunt for some high quality jewelry to commemorate our trip to Port A. not only did these ladies (who also own run Tippy Toes, equally as great) graciously take me to both shops to show me their entire selection, but took the time to figure out what my style was and talk me through options. The pieces were of the quality I have found at jewelry store, no cheats medals and extremely affordable. They have a ton of cute stuff, from jewelry to perfume to clothing items. VERY worth a stop in to both shops! We will be revisiting when we are back in town.”

“My husband and I were in town because we got married on the beach on NYE "123123". We stumbled into the shops in downtown rockport for some last minute shopping before heading back to reality. A shop we entered before coming to New beginnings didn't even acknowledge our presence! As soon as we walked into this shop, Shiloh immediately greeted us in such a friendly, warm, and prompt manner. After browsing around the shop we struck up a convo with Shiloh, and began telling her about our wedding and showing off photos. We explained how we are a blended family, and she said she'd keep us in her prayers as her family is also blended. She easily made this our favorite shop! We wandered into the shop because of its name "new beginnings" and we are just embarking on our "new beginning". We also named our boat "second chances" so thought this shop was perfect for us and boy we were right! So glad fate brought us to this place! Thanks for your endless kindness Shiloh!”

“This is my second favorite store in the Rockport area. They have so many fun coastal and beach themed stuff and dress and tops. They also have gifts and other unique decor items. They have a lot to choose from and yet the place looks so neat and inviting. I just loved how they decorated the store and it definitely reminds that you are at beach. I just wish their tops and dresses they carried in XL because they were so adorable. The last size I found was Large.”

“Shell World is a gem! The owner Robert was friendly and warm and funny and helpful, and his prices are definitely reasonable. Reading through previous reviews, it seems there is some confusion over hours/when they're open, but my fiancé gave Robert a call when we read the sign out front, and he came within 5 minutes to give us a tour. Highly recommend!”
