  I had no idea that doctor offices didn't give tetanus shots anymore. They told me to go to a pharmacy. Only 1 person was working but I noticed she knew customers names. She was quick and efficient and I was in and out quickly.

  I used to enjoy going to HEB pharmacy in Aransas Pass. But they have hired some really disrespectful pharmacy techs. The lady with the crinkled curly hair is so rude. In the middle of giving her my information she just cuts me off and tells the next person to come up when I was still seeking service to get my prescription. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I honestly hate posting negative reviews but this needs to be brought to someone’s attention. I don’t know her name but the lady in her 40s with medium curly hair needs an attitude adjustment. About a month ago I went in to pick up my meds and had questions about past medications and their availability as they’ve been out of stock for a long time. Gave her my info and told her what meds but couldn’t remember the dosage and she threw her hands up in the air and got snippy with me about it like I was wasting her time. Gave up because I was taken back by the rudeness and left. Still don’t know if the meds are in stock. I tried brushing it off as her having a bad day.
  
  Today my husband went in to pick up my meds again and he accidentally mistyped my date of birth and she got a nasty attitude with him.
  
  I don’t know what her deal is or if she is going through something, but the way she acted would have gotten me fired from my job if I acted that way. I will be taking my business to Portlands HEB because I’ve got anxiety going there now. Everyone else there is very pleasant.

  This is the most unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Most of the people there have attitude are not meant for customer service. Experience today, first I was scolded before I was greeted. They evidently have a problem, seeing people at the counter and there used to be a spot on the floor, which isn’t there any longer that I was told I was supposed to be standing at so I could be seen, I was standing on that spot. That’s not there on the floor anymore. That’s just dirty old sticky. Bad customer service bad bad customer service don’t care if you have your drugs,. Didn’t even know how to look for my prescription went looking in the drawer with my first name initials instead of my last. I would check all your drugs and make sure they’re actually what they’re supposed to be.
