This location by far has the worst HEB store manager. We had a price discrepancy issue when one of the employees, I’m assuming another manager said yes, we could have it at he price,as it was in the wrong spot and the last item anyways. She has curly hair and walks around the store dressed professionally not in uniform. I had forgotten my wallet outside and when I returned to pay the item, we told the cashier what she had said, she said it doesn’t matter what she says, the store manager has to approve it. Here came a bald guy accusing us of changing the price and asking ,why did we think we could get it at that price, I explained to him what the girl said and he said well the boss here is me and she has no say in any decisions in this store, I am going to reprimand her this instant. He said you either pay full price or don’t get them at all! No apologies nothing! It’s sad for the other employee to be treated like trash in front of customers by her superior. No manners at all and by the looks of it he’s on a high power trip! One thing is to act professional whether or not you will lower the price, and then reprimand the employee professionally and never tell your customers they have no say, if you don’t trust them, then why are they on your team!

Worst customer service. Needed a beach pass and place only takes debit or cash. Tell me to use the ATM but the ATM is out of order LMAO. This could have been an opportunity for the manager to go above and beyond. I ask if they could possibly give me cash for the pass and I reimburse them via cash app and venmo. With even some extra cash for the help. Of course I understand, no employee is going to want to do that. One said they would but that they’d get in trouble since they’re on the clock which is fair but then at that point couldn’t the manager allow them to do this good deed for a customer who had just spent some money on your products. Ridiculous. Now I’m scrounging to somehow find cash to pay for this stupid thing.

What else is there to say, HEB is the best grocery store chain on the planet. Great selection, great staff, been to grocery stores all across Texas, HEB sets the bar for grocery stores.

On Saturday I did our last minute shopping before Beryl was supposed to hit. Forgot a bag at self checkout. I called, and before I could finish Dani knew what I left and told me I could come back & get it. I had my receipt, but she didn’t even question it. P.S. this also isn’t the first time I’ve been forgetful and left a bag. Thank y’all so much! I think we take HEB for granted because I feel not many places would be this willing to solve your problem & make the process this easy.

I walked into H-E-B to do my shopping and was in and out in less than half an hour. It's a very clean store and the people are very helpful and friendly.

H.E.B. is always a treat! There aren't any where we're from and always look forward to visiting when we can. Clean store, friendly staff and they had everything we were looking for.
Update: H.E.B. continues to be the first stop when we make it down this way. Fresh produce, friendly staff and a clean store. Wish they'd open a store in my neck of the woods!
