I will literally drive to Poland IBC Bank so I don't have to do business here. Much better service literally anywhere else. Other locations don't mind giving you extra deposit slips either. (I was told they couldn't give me any because they were going paperless. I can walk into any other branch and get a whole stackif I want)

I went to Walmart, and grabbed cash from your ATM. The fee was $4.00. After going to the ATM, I asked the young lady behind the counter if I could trouble her for $20.00 singles. She asked if I had an account with your bank. I said, "no but you just stuck me up for $4.00 to get my money." She said, "Sorry, I can't help you." We just moved down here, and are looking for a new bank, but I can assure you, we will not ever consider your institution with customer service like that.

The only things that give this bank even 1 star are, no overdraft fees and convenient location (in Walmart), Rarely do you see same staff, so no relationship with same, They are often rude and very slow most of the time. Today, went in to close the account. We were not even acknowledged by either of the staff til just before we left (we had been waiting 20 minutes). Their online banking system is difficult to navigate and not particularly user friendly. Worse bank we have ever done business with!

IBC bank is horrible this location specifically is slow and the tellers are not helpful.
