I love this place every time I go in there I don't know really what I'm looking for but I find exactly what I needed more than once have I gone in and I have always come out with more than enough stuff and everything that I find I get a lot of stuff for presents and just for personal needs you never know what's going to be in there some stuff is the Nick nack stuff, and a lot of stuff it's everyday useful stuff. I have also found very high-end collectible items. And if there's anything that I'm ever looking for that I do not see right off the bat, I can normally ask and she'll have it either in one of her many storages, that she has always been trying to empty out, but it seems to just keep filling them back up. she has it somewhere or she'll find it for you. I like to buy my shirts on the spot moments when I need one, it's good for that I've gotten a lot of treasures from there and a lot of wonderful gifts that I've given to family members all of which has been fun while shopping and a pleasure to be there. I believe that everybody should visit the shop at least once a week. inventory is continually changing, and is one of the better places as far as resale shops go that I have ever come across. Keep up the good work Beth, thank you for having such wonderful items.

OK PLACE except the lady there wouldnt allow me to take a ONE DOLLAR piece to save on the front counter. the man who works there is ok with it but that lady asted as if SHE JUST HAD to take it up there. so i dont buy here no more sorry. treating us like thieves is what CASTAWAYS DOES. now others do it. we spent like 30 bux a week here. but not now sorry. if i wannah be treated like a thief ill hang out at walmart

This has to be one of the best little antique shops I've ever been to. I've been here twice because I live in a totally different part of Texas, but I have found perfect treasures here each time. This is one of those antique shops with tons of odds and ends to choose from and everything is very affordably priced. The owners have always been super helpful and sweet. There's a review below claiming they're racist, but my family and I are Mexican and my family members are super brown. Skin color didn't seem to matter to anyone. This place and the owners totally get 5 stars from me and my family. We found so many things here including classic vintage jewelry, Marine Corps stuff, books my kids wanted to read, I found pictures from someone who was in WWI. I have no connection to WWI but bought them because they just looked so cool! I love this little shop. Worth a trip or stop on the way to your destination!!
