Dang, I loathe leaving bad reviews but DO NOT trust these people with your hard earned money. I was promised so many things that just weren't true.At the end I hardly used this account, it was just one that was open and I forgot to close. I wasn't using it, didn't think anything of it... Oh I was NAIVE. :( My prosperity checking account had fraud on it not once, but twice in a row (none of my other bank accounts have ever dealt with fraud). I called the bank to let them know and in their words they stated: I'm sorry you should have closed your account when you weren't using it, it's up to you to now pay for these FRAUD charges we allowed twice on your account with us.The charges added up to about $132 and I think I still had $30 in my savings with them maybe? I didn't really use the account so I'm not sure how much was left but yuck. This whole situation made me sad cause the ladies at the office seemed so genuine but they obviously didn't seem to care about the single mamaa that just moved states away. I have other expenses to pay for, not fraudulent charges that were not my fault... No thank you!!!Just say no and pay a little more for the checking and savings next door.

This bank takes too long through the Drive-Thru lanes. Whether it is the commercial lane or regular. This needs to be addressed. Why if there was only two cars in line and in different lanes? Ridiculous.

One of the worst banks around the coastal bend no help and they are rude to there customers ... I will be closing my account soon and banking elsewhere

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! These two people Ann and Cathy cater to customers left and right and seem friendly, but within closed doors they treat their employees like trash. The bosses talk behind the employees backs, there is no cooperation from management unless its negative thinking. I have experienced how these two act with their employees and I wouldn't wish these bosses on my worst enemy. They are stingy with raises and have told employees things like "i shouldn't have given you the amount you are making, you don't know anything." They tell the employees one way to accomplish tasks and turn around and get mad when the tasks are done the way they explained. They both need to get their act together and stop treating their employees like they are not people.

I have banked with Kathy and Ann since before Ann was with Prosperity. Ann saved my butt, by financing my business , home, and later even more while I was financially suffering. Ann and Kathy have been amazing to me and amazing to my practice for years. During Harvey, I had to borrow money to keep my payroll afloat, and Kathy drove all the way from Corpus to pick up and deposit a check for me! These people are family and I owe my success to outstanding bankers and outstanding staff!!! Thank you all for all you do!!!!
