Internet is down every 5 mins and stays that way for longer than it works. I read the older reviews and they all say the same so I was iffy about giving them my money but they have a monopoly in Ingleside(no competetor), therfore I had no option but to go with them. Customers have been complaining for years but they don’t seem to care as we are being forced to pay our bills even for this horrific service. I’d imagaine they’d try to make the service better because of all the complaints and customer unsatisfaction but its like who cares as the money is still coming in right? Watch them respond to my review with a courtesy response by asking me to reach out to them, but i won’t bother because this company isn’t going to spend its resources in trying to make the service better, if they wanted to, they’d already have. Corporate greed is a shame.

Inconsistent internet service (down a few times a week with no notice/ reason) and hideously overpriced. We switched to T-Mobile (1/3 of the price, hasn't dropped service even once) and never looked back.

I am paying more for less. We lose n the notice on the sreen. Other times we will lose it for a couple of mionutes and the dang loading circle goes round and round in the center of the screen. I hate it and wish we could go back to the simple old cable.

Everyone at Sparklight has been very helpful in getting service to our new home. Our installer was Norman F. and he made sure I understood the system and how to use it. I had a great experience with Sparklight.

I pay 180/month for absolute basic cable and internet. Basic cable is 95 out of 100 channels you click says ACCESS DENIED. We lose internet completely when a mouse farts. I had to use my att hotspot to pay my 180 sparklight bill today. Garbage ISP.

Do not recommend! we are changing plans the internet is down every other day!!! 2-3 times a week at the least! And still have to pay full price! $100 for the plan i have but dropped to $85 cause i bought my own modem which is awesome and makes life a little easier but still definitely recommending. It’s a great starting company for your first place but definitely will have to switch

Is reliable and consistent. 24/7 numbers for problems. Tech help is good. Responsive at local office. Do wish that loyal customers were given incentives for remaining as customer, as new prescribers sometimes receive lower monthly rates for short periods.

They scheduled to come out between 1-5 waited all day for them, they did not call just left a note on the door. I called customer service and they told me they tried calling me but I had no missed call from anyone when then they transferred me to someone else and they say it’s not policy to call customers. Very disappointed especially because I paid ahead of time. Now they are telling me i have to wait 7 days before they will come back even tho they already to my money for their service

Service was not reliable, often words wouldn’t match lips and often wouldn’t work at all. On top of that it was really pricey. So glad we switched

Working people cannot get to the lobby during these hours. And when scheduling an appointment it’s iffy. If you can fit their time frame. Not customer friendly at all.

I work as a Internet cable tech myself and have found so many issues with the service and their cable lines. I noticed the drop from the tap to the house was bad and that there was water in the coax so I asked the tech to change it and he said "This was put here after Harvey hit which means it is pretty new still" I'm fully aware that drops can last awhile but I rarely see them last more then 2-4 years I have had very slow speeds (43mbps) when I'm paying for the good plan (1000mbps) and have been told there's nothing to do about it.
