Ive been coming here since ive moved to Tx for work wear and Ms. Kim and Gina have been more than helpful everytime. With purchases and returns. Staffs always helpful. Ive had my redwings for almost 2 years and theyve never failed. This is also the only army navy store in a 2 hr radius with this good of a selection.

I always used to love going to this place they have some cool nick nacks and really cool military items but they are very against having kids in their store. I’m a new mom and still healing and thought it be nice to pick up some items for my husband here as soon as I enter the store the employees at the front desk immediately started saying that I can’t have my stroller in the store-how else am I to carry all my baby stuff (I can’t carry car seat bcuz of back issues during labor and walking around is good to help per Dr order) the employees said the isles were too narrow but there were customers in wheelchairs in the store… I’d like to say my stroller is more narrow and smaller then that wheelchair and I didn’t hear them telling that person to leave the store.

BEWARE!!! Use extreme caution when shopping here, the older lady behind the counter that rings you up over charges… as for this place being an army surplus store this place is nothing more than a over priced Chinese outlet store the carries ROTHCO, RedRock and other China made non military brands You’re better off going online and buying it directly from Rothco or red rock outdoors directly. She is extremely overpriced on everything and again when she checks you out be sure you look at the price of your item and what she charges you on the receipt!!!

Picked out a jacket xxl says $139 on price tag.lady at counter gives me a whole story how her employee marks everything $139 but all the police love this jacket blah blah blah. She rings it up (on a calculator) say $159 I said AP has a $20 tax, she says no no u have XXL, I said it says $139 on tag not $159, you can go now she says...very rude, and a den thievery this place, I feel sorry for the other 2 ladies that where there very helpful..I'm not getting ripped by some missed marked merchandise.Whole store looks to belong to hoarders, caos, no organizations, sad sad state of affairs.

Fantastic selection of work boots. Wish I would have known sooner. Gina helped me out and was very helpful and had me in and out and back to work. Will be back in a few months for the next pair. From Ariats to Red Wings. Lot of other cool merchandise didn't have time today but will be back for clothes. Great gifts for men. Benchmade knives.

The lady here is hard to deal with especially if you buy something and then try to return it she doesn't want to give your money back and wants to give you a hard time about your purchase. I wound up paying double taxes on the same item and I do not recommend this store it all

This place is the best working man’s outlet I’ve ver been to. It’s a construction workers Victoria secret! Very good prices and mega selection on boots and FRC clothing.
